When I called you at first I just told the lady I was not going to renew my subscription for the next coming month for the Brandtboys Website I never said to cancelled it.
Then you wrote me back to let me know you are gaving me back my money.My request was so simple to understand I asked the lady to send me an email with a confirmation mentioning I would not renew my membership to have a proof that I wasn't renewing it but I still had some weeks left on my subscription so I could still go on the website until the last day of my subscription.

I requested that my subscription would be cancelled. I received an email stating that a ticket has been assigned and that I would receive a response in 48 hours. The only response I received was a survey.

I had a problem and was redirected to cam4 is silencing all the way. No reply. They said they blocked me and don't need to answer me anymore.
They facilitating a scammer, i allready proofed she is a scammer. But cam4 don't want to listen.
Paypal is now contacting why i storned the payment to segpay. I told them this reason and that they have to get it back from you. You should get it back from cam4. And then maybe they will contact me.
I'm scammed for many thoused euro.
