En verdad me extrañaba que de la nada tuviera un reporte de pago único de un servicio domiciliado que no contrate, pensé que no me responderían pero a la brevedad, pero lo hicieron y aclararon de donde provenía este descuento y domiciliación, aún tengo pendiente saber porque o como sucedió este descuento ya que yo no lo hice. Ayant voulu essayer Xlife le nouveau service de Segpay je n'ai pas compris comment cela fonctionnait (vous devriez le préciser car les trois choix proposés ne sont pas du tout clairs) j'ai voulu revenir à Reallifecam que je connaissais depuis longtemps mais il fallait d'abord annuler l'abonnement à Xlife et quand je l'ai fait j'ai vu que l'effet n'était pas immédiat. J'ai donc utilisé le chat pour qu'on annule sans frais Xlife que je n'avais pas du tout utilisé et pour le remplacer par Reallifecam. Dans un premier temps il m'a été répondu que j'aurais environ deux jours pour attendre une réponse (c'était un samedi) et que l'on ne pouvait faire autrement mais devant ma déception et mon insistance j'ai été averti peu de temps après ce même samedi que l'on pouvait me donner satisfaction.
