My order was easy to place, it shipped and arrived on time, the packages had little or no damage and the contents were exactly as ordered.
It took almost a month to receive my first purchase. Also, I purchased the introductory offer of five ounces of silver at spot price your choice but the advertising makes look look like it will be coins or rounds and I received a five ounce blob, I was also charged more than spot price supposedly because you don't consider my debit check card as a check so you increased the amount I paid. I think the premiums are ridiculously high and nearly impossible to recover unless the spot price skyrockets…

A while back, I bought 28 Morgan silver dollars that turned out to be brass, thankfully, my bank helped me and gave me my money back
But I didn't know what to do with the counter fit coins. I tried to turn them into the police and they didn't want them. I tried to call the FBI and they referred me to a website where I filled out a very long form and never heard back from them so I have counterfeit US currency in my safe.

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.

Answer: We ship fully insured via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The default shipping option would be selected by the shipping team in accordance with our insurance policies and efficiency. Most, but not all, of our orders ship with a signature required. However, you can rest assured all of our orders are fully insured. If you want to be guaranteed a signature, we do offer the ability to add it on, it would be $4.95 for the signature plus $14.95 for our expedited shipping. We offer FedEx or USPS.

The credit, debit, and Paypal pricing is advertised on every product page in the pricing grid while browsing. This is also visible when you are selecting payment method on the order review page prior to placing the order.
This payment structure is identical to all bullion dealers in the precious metals industry, and is not specific to our company. We offer a cash discount price because the cost to process a credit transaction is often as much as the profit would be. This is due to the fees from credit card companies and the expense of fraud prevention systems that are unfortunately very necessary in this industry.
