Phone assistance was part of my decision process. The ease of placing my order over the internet was simple. The product arrived with all the accessories. I was pleased and surprised that the SIMS card was installed along with the battery which I charged-up. I have yet to set-up the phone but will do soon.

Couldn't have been More helpful in answering questions about my needs and more easy to deal with. Product arrived sooner than I expected, however a shipping notification would have been the cherry on top so I could assure I was onsite for UPS delivery. It happened that I was so all was good, but wasn't aware of its arrival until UPS drove up. I am out in mountainous region so to have my new 9575 as a no fail way to keep in touch was just what my kids wanted out of me!

Started using for Boy Scouts so we could have emergency phones in backcountry and continue to use on camping trips out west into the backcountry fir personal use.
A little confusing on plan details. Had call that helped choose best plan. Was told by one employee that phones would be ready to go upon arrival. They were not. Note in box said call for activation, left message, still waiting for activation help.

There was a mistake with me order because of a misunderstanding, Callie got a hold of me and helped me through it. I ended up returning the product i initially bought and she helped me get a unit better suited to my needs. Both her and Barry took exceptional care of me and they both went out of their way to get me taken care of. I thank you both
Very helpful phone customer service. However, the phone arrived a day later than promised, even though I paid an exorbitant shipping price. The phone, case and accessories were filthy, which is totally unacceptable during covid 19. When I called to ask if your products were cleaned before rental, a rather unpleasant man said the usually were, but because of the hurricanes they weee being shipped out sometimes without being cleaned. The phone worked fine. When I tried to place the phone into the fedex package to return it, the package was half the size of the phone, so, in stead of safely ( covid wise) being able to place it in a fedex drop box, I had to drive 30 miles to the nearest fedex store.
The day before I was to send the phone back in, I received an email asking if I wanted to buy it. Because of the aforementioned experience with your company, I declined.
Phone cale timely with all overseas adapters and was easy to register to the network. Only issue was small crack found on phone where antenna housing is. Not causing any malfunction though.
The phone connections were weak, but I reLly had it more for piece of mind than to talk to anyone.
Activation of the prepaid reload took a lot of time. Such services must be 24/7.

My only issue is with UPS, they don't handle very well, instead of putting the package on the porch,, they set by the gate and drive off. The USPS, Fed-Ex, Amazon, all deliver to the house and put on the porch
Though the validation process for payment required and extra step …in this day of identity theft it was worth it and I so appreciated their integrity and follow through in this manner
Got overcharged for a sat phone rental. Turns out shipping time is NOT included, even after I paid for a shipping return label from them. Customer service was nice, but ultimately didn't do much. Won't buy from them again. Would not recommend.
This company sent me a Phone with obsolete instructions and the phone stopped receiving text messages after six days I have been fighting with them for over a month to refund prepaid minutes and part of the rental charges. They are dishonest! Stay away
