This box is amazing. The products are delicious and innovative. I'm looking forward to this month's box. The sakura tea was surprising and hard to find in my country so that's why I love this box, I can taste candy and treats from Japan, a country far away and with a different country.

The box was beautifully packaged and filled, each item wrapped with care. I received the box well and was excited to find it in a fantastic condition! I'm usually skeptic of these things but I couldn't be happier to have taken the risk with sakuraco. The box came with a beautiful piece of artwork and a sake glass, both of which I adore and would be happy to purchase separately. This whole experience has been wonderful and I'm already planning on renewing my subscription!

I got a 3 month subscription from sakuraco and thought i was only getting 3 months,imagen my suprise when i get recharged agin for another 3 months
Nowhere do they say you get recharged
Tried customer service they said it auto-renews if you don't cancel it and they have a no-refund policy
Im obviously disputing this through my card currently but super scammy behavior from the company and customer service itself
Snacks are also always stale and at one point one of my boxs was sitting in a warehouse for 2 months!
Do not buy they aint worth any of your money

They provide no refunds for any reason. Try for a shorter plan as you purchased the larger plan due to a gift incentive? They will not provide the gift just because you purchase for someone else. Request for a lower plan (1 hour from purchase)? They will request you purchase the smaller plan on top of the larger plan before they will refund the larger plan.

Sakuraco puts together wonderful snack boxes with an interesting assortment of sweet and savory items! We especially love the different tableware items we have received! Fully recommend Sakuraco for a delightful, Japanese snacking experience!

This is the second sakura co box I've ordered and I will absolutely be ordering more! Everything included is of extremely high quality and is always delivered promptly. It might feel expensive but I've had other similar snack boxes and the quality difference is clear and you're also supporting local artisanal businesses. 10/10

Traveling Japan by car has been a part of my journey navigating through this country. Having a Japanese snack box sent to me monthly gives me so much excitement all the time! Being able to taste so many food (snacks) from different prefectures that has its own specialties gives mo so much joy. Imagine Sakuraco and Tokyo Treat together each month? How did I get so lucky!? I can't wait to my box next month! 🥰

This company uses a predatory and deceptive business practice which deliberately uses an "Auto-Renew" opt-in on any purchase regardless of its duration (ie, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, etc) without disclosing this fact. No account is set up is necessary. No emails are sent to purchaser (or receiver) of this service, disclosing auto-renew will be taking place. Their customer service portal is deliberately broken, and no claims can be filed. Their customer service department does not respond to email (or expensive international phone calls) to resolve the issue. Tokyo Treat / Sakuraco does not process a refund, based on their predatory practices. AVOID these services.

I am encountering trouble when getting my box from customs. I immediately contacted the support team to get help and provided me with documents that helped me to get my box, and I am truly happy about it. Overall, 4.5/5.

I subscribed to Sakuraco 2 months ago, and I'm absolutely speechless at the beauty of the curated box and the selection of delicious snacks. I adore the gifts included in every box, and they have become my favorite addition to my home dishes! 😋

I paid a hefty $10 for the shipping but received a thoroughly battered Sakuraco box with a huge hole at the back. Although I got it very fast within 2 days, I would have preferred if it was handled or packaged properly to minimize damages. When I first saw it I was very disappointed in DHL and in the packaging. There was no bubble wrap nor a secondary packing box nor note to the courier to handle it carefully.
Would love to give 5 stars but the experience of paying for expensive shipping and receiving a destroyed box dampened my mood. Would really love to keep the nicely designed box as a momento but it's impossible.
Nonetheless the snacks and sweets inside are pleasing to the eyes and are a good variety. I have no doubt that they will taste good.

This is the first box that I bought in, I've been wanting to buy a Japanese treat box for a very long time years even. I feel so welcomed by the message in this box and it's items. This will not be my last purchase from them, I'm planning on buying more boxes as the months passed. I got my money's worth in the product sent but what really makes me happy is the whole experience, thank you.

I daresay the most authentic and best snack subscription box out there. If you are looking for an authentic Japanese snacks with Afternoon Tea as their main concept then this is what you're definitely have to have! The snacks and home goods are impressive and delightful. The items just keeps getting better and better each month! Simply love it!

The June box was my first and I am very satisfied with the high quality snacks so far! There is nothing quite like this subscription box. This is perfect for me as a tea lover and its been really nice to try snacks from Japan that I can't actually buy from my nearby supermarkets, only in Japan

I paid 12.5$US for express shipping. I ordered 2 weeks ago and the tracking said that the item is yet to be received… today is my friend's birthday and I thought this box would be a perfect fit for her since she loves Japanese culture. But here I am, about to go to her birthday not having the gift that was supposed to be here by now… I am very disappointed in the service I have received so far. She will receive her birthday gift late even though I paid for express shipping… what a shame.

I have just received these boxes as a birthday gift and I was astonished to see how many different unique snacks were in the box. Unfortunately I will not be able to try everyone of these tasty snacks because of an allergy to gluten but I was glad that the pamphlet in the package contained allergens and ingredients for each of the snacks. I appreciated that very much and recommend this to people who enjoy learning and appreciating Japanese culture or anyone would like like to try some tasty snacks from around the world!

The box is great. I'm impressed with how much it comes with - I definitely feel the value is worth what you pay. The box mostly consists of snacks and treats. My first box had enough tea for two small 4 oz. Cups or one 8 oz. Mug. The snacks have interesting, different, unique tastes and textures. I savored each treat, enjoying one or 2 at a time, stretching the experience over weeks. Each day, I looked forward to the next treat. It ships to Canada via DHL and arrives in just a few days. Great customer service. I initially signed up for 1 month at a time, then signed up for 3 months after I received my first box. I was then charged for 1 month after being charged for the 3 months - I thought the 3 month subscription would replace the monthly subscription, but each is a separate subscription. They are refunding me for the 1 month charge. They will refund you if the box has not shipped.

You try to just buy 3 months worth, but sneakily get signed up to a rolling subscription. You don't get to opt in to it. Check your receipt carefully as the only warning you get is small text saying "Renewal Date". Really annoying and detracts from the experience.

I love this subscription service! There's always something fun and exciting to look forward to every month. Everything is authentic and gives you an experience of tasting real Japanese sweets. I love it!
