Since I am not real handy with using e-mail for business, I had some beginner problems with the individuals answering my concerns. (Must qualify this though, I had a friend who helping and who became quite frustrated.) When Antonio took over and I fired my friend, we got along fine. I did certainly appreciated Antonio's patience. This is to explain why there is only three stars at customer service. It seemed that others felt like they must give a canned response instead of truly listening to what was being said to them. Antonio was great. Thanks for the help and passport.

The reps were very responsive and professional and helped us realize that one important piece needed to be added to the package (a certified translation of a marriage certificate from another country). After we realized that obtaining this extra document would take additional time, we upgraded to a 2-day service and received the passport very promptly. I especially liked the e-mail notifications clearly stating the status of the order - it's really good to be informed! Overall, great work and we'll use them again, if needed.
