Fast (Friday afternoon to Wednesday morning), efficient service. Emails daily indicating status of my order were very helpful to ease the worry. Not a glitch through the whole process. Instructions were easy to understand. This is, IMO, a top notch professionally run service that you can count on. This is my fifth or sixth renewal and I chose this service as we were not sure submitting our renewal through the USPS would guarantee the efficiency and spped we needed as our trip has already booked before we realized that we needed to be sure we could have our passports quickly.
The expense was hefty but so well worth it! We had our passports in about a week and received emails along the way informing us of the progress being made. When time comes for ou next renewal, we will definitely make use of this service again even though we will start the renewal as the current passports expire!

My recent experience with RushMyPassport.com could not have been more satisfying and pleasant. Three days ago I realized that my passport was not valid for a Pilgrimage I am scheduled to make to Israel today. I contacted this site based on the customer service reviews. My initial experience was less than satisfying as it took me over an hour to get to the person who could provide me with actual information on the process, and this was after I had paid the required fees. As a professor of marketing it would suggest that it would be helpful to list the processes prior to requiring payment from a customer. Also, provid training to the folks at the front end. Once I ws given a case manager, Scott Singleton, he was most helpful with my questions and responded in a timely manner. I commend him for turning what started out as a nightmare into a positive experience. THank you
When I spoke with the customer service person, they seemed a little rushed in going through each step. I had to ask about the importance of my middle name not being spelled out at the top versus where it showed up later in the application where it was spelled out.

I've had to renew my passport several times and it always feels like a lengthy, cumbersome, and somewhat stressful process with zero control or communication once you hand over your old passport. The regular emails, updating me as to where my old passport was at and what stage the renewal process was in, provided me a window which eased the anxiousness I normally feel. Not only that, there was an actual person I could talk to if I had any concerns or questions. I would recommend it to anyone renewing their passport, regardless of their expedited service.
I would recommend that you improve your checklist, so it is more clear and detailed. When you package your items, you should have a list of what goes in the sealed envelope and what is inside the mailing envelope. Add put more clarity around what to choose for prices to checklist so people write the correct check amount. Last, it was very confusing as to what to do if you hand carry - what offices can you go to as a walk-in vs theose that you need an appointment which only applies to those traveling within the next 14 days. The information I had to seek via your company and calling the Passport office was a step that I would have wanted to avoid since it was not one phone call, but 4 phone calls.
My wife and I were confident in the services we chose through RussMyPassport. As promised, we had our Passports returned (with our old ones!) within the specified period of time. We were absolutely elated that this will have no impact on our future travel plans.
