Overall experience with your company was good. Hindsight shows that if upfront communications had been more interactive the whole process could have been smoother. As it was a misunderstanding lead to an oversight that without your company courier's personal intervention could have resulted in a failure to get our passports in time for a planned trip to Canada. We appreciate the diligence your company provided once the cause of the oversight was discovered.
I found out at the last minute I needed to travel to Europe within 12 business days. My passport was expiring during that time. I called RushMyPassport on a Saturday late afternoon. They guided me as to what I needed to do and 6 days later my new passport is on its way back to me. During the process, I received an update both email and text. Amazing service.

I had know idea really what I was doing before starting this process, I called the customer service center a couple of times and they were very nice and walked me though every thing I needed to do. Once I was done and had the paperwork sent in I received emails keeping me up to date on what was going on. Received the passport with no problems. Awesome Company.
Awesome service! At 11 pm on a Thursday night, I realized my passport had expired, and I was leaving in 8 days. I filled out the online form, sent in my old book and paperwork Friday morning. By 10:30 Tuesday morning, FedEx had delivered my new passport. Yes the service is pricey, but they saved my Cancun vacation!

My customer service exceeded my expectations. The good folks at the State Department did their best to screw things up (bad information on the amount of the check, requiring additional documentation without explanation, etc.). Through it all my customer service rep, Cindy Bulu, calmly kept me informed and my passport application moving. Then, when UPS sent out bad information, Yvonne (not sure of spelling) in escalation services went to every effort to investigate and resolve the problem. What impressed me the most was that even though I received my passport yesterday, Cindy still called me today to make sure everything on my passport was correct and that I needed no further support.
Instructions for obtaining passport are precise. Customer service was nice and easily accessed. Only problem I had was with the fedex confirmation, which was on fedex end. My package was delivered when/where it was supposed to according to rushmypassport verification; yet, fedex personnel didn't scan my document to communicate it arrived. Luckily, the pick up site had great employees that searched for my package and found it. Thankfully, I received my passport within 24 hrs that I was to depart for my trip. Thank you!

I was in a Real pinch with an expired passport and 2 weeks to travel out of the country.
