I am a very long time customer and usually happy with my orders- until the last year or so. A couple days ago I opened up the turquoise earrings and the back came apart of one of the studs as it came out of the bag. Recent orders of two gemstone bracelets can't be worn because the clasps don't work. Gold bracelets are pretty but flimsy. What has happened to quality control?

My 15 year old granddaughter wanted to buy a monogramed bracelet for her mother. She was looking at different sites and I suggested she look at RS, as I have purchased several pieces of RS jewelry in the past. She received the order today. This bracelet is so cheap that my son said it looked as if it game from a gum machine. The only nice thing is the monogram! Terrible! If that's the best you can do for that price, you should not offer it. Gives Ross Simon a bad name! If it was not monogramed, we would return it!
The earrings were smaller than pictured, but I liked them anyway. The problem was that the latch on one of the earrings was way too loose, it didn't even click. It would have fallen out of my ear. The other one had a tight latch so I know they should both be tight. So I had to return them. I don't want to reorder since this may be an issue with another pair as well.

Purchased a ring on-line and used express delivery to make sure it would get there when I would be available to receive it and in time for a trip, but because it was from a third party, it took a week. The product is very nice, but the misleading delivery information was very disappointing.
