I love the ring I purchased and I used your ring guide. It said size 7, but it is too big for the pinky and just a bit tight for the ring finger. However, I will still wear it on the ring finger. The ring is beautiful!

I had purchased an Andrea Candela ring many years ago. On a whim, I thought I would try to find a matching or coordinating bracelet. Ross-Simons had exactly what I wanted. The ordering process was easy and shipment was flawless. Great service and communication.

This ring is just what I wanted and expected. I used the ring sizing guide and put a ring on the circles... said I was a size 8. The size is a little big, a 7.5 might have fit better, but 1/2 sizes not offered. But I'd rather have it a little large than a little small ( and the weather is cold, so maybe when it warms up!).

I have bought many lovely items from RS in the past and I have really enjoyed them. Having said that, I returned the last 2 orders. They were not what I expected and the last order was flawed. The earrings were so pretty in the ad, but I was very disappointed with the pair I received. I probably won't be ordering in the future.

I order cz duplicates to use as my travel jewelry. The faux diamond studs I ordered are wonderful. A perfect duplicate. As always Ross Simons wastes no time processing my order and the delivery is the same.

I had purchased a beautiful gold filled chain in August of 2023 and was shocked of the quality of the chain and cross I received a short while ago in January of 2025! I doubt I will continue to shop with your company again!

I bought two bracelets, stretch bracelet and a paper clip bracelet. I measured my bracelet at home and ordered an 8 inch for both. They are too big and I have already called to exchange for a 7 inch on both bracelets. Can't wait to get them in.

My favorite piece of jewelry. Bought it once, and lost it. Gave up searching and splurged on another. Longer chain fits better. My goal was to get 2 more for earrings. Sounds crazy. But it is a perfect representation of my Turkish Angora cat, Fluffy. I'll be watching your ads very closely...

Arrived quickly and even better in person than on the catalogue picture. Great variety of colors and they can be worn all together or just one or a few at a time. Works both with date night clothes and more casual attire. I have a pretty large wrist and so i chose the 8 inch size. Fits perfectly!

On March 24,2025, I received notice that my order had been delivered. I never received it. I consequently called Ross Simon's customer service re: this fact and was advised it may take another day or two. So, as it turned out, it had been actually delivered to the wrong address. The next day, the neighbor who had received my item, actually delivered it himself, to me at my home. What a kind thing for him to do! So I have my item and am grateful.

I love my ring, it's just as described and the price was great. Second time I buy from the company and I have not been disappointed- super fast shipping I received it in a couple of days. I'll buy again!

I love this necklace. It fits my neck perfectly and is the right size. I wanted a silver necklace to go with silver earrings and rings. So glad I ordered it! I have ordered many pieces from you and I love every item. Love RS

I ordered this bracelet as a gift and added the gift wrap option. I was disappointed in the appearance of the gift wrap as the ribbon is not aligned. I am also a little concerned that there is a small distortion of the box where I assume it was impacted during shipping. I hope the bracelet has not been damaged. I will inspect it closely once it is opened and follow-up if needed.

Great experience overall. Would like additional discounts, but most are only for new customers. Otherwise you provide quality products and insome instances compete well with Macys.

Good selection-I love the elephant but I wish I would have ordered an 18" chain instead of 20." I also wish the chain had a lobster claw clasp. When you get a beautiful pendant, it needs a good strong chain to protect it.

I ordered an 8" byzantine bracelet with a heart clap. It is a snug fit as it is 8" long. In the past, 8" bracelets have been sized TO FIT AN 8" WRIST, which is not the same. I will keep the bracelet as it is gorgeous and of excellent quality. I am, however, a tad disappointed.

I requested upgraded shipping unfortunately it did not work. I paid extra and it still fix not arrive for six days. This is the second time this happened. I didn't complain the last time however I believe I should be refunded for the extra shipping charge.

I ordered a sterling silver necklace for my daughter's birthday. Within 2 days it looked tarnished and had scratches. My best friend recommended this site as she orders frequently. Me on the other hand, will not. Loved the necklace, disappointed in the quality.

I saw it and knew I had to have it. It has a nice polish on it and the gold is really smooth... The size is a bit small and I would like the stone to be clearer... But overall it was worth buying. Angela Stark!
