We received our package Monday. Today (Wednesday) we noticed a stone has already fallen out of one of the rings.
It has only been 2 days and my wife takes careful precautions to ensure her rings don't get damaged.
I have the warranty. Please advise me on how to rectify this issue.
My only disappointment is waiting for my items to come in the mail. I was way too excited to receive them. However, they came quickly and were well packaged. I haven't taken them off since they came. I love the little heart on my adjustable chain.

The few times I dealt with customer service, they were okay. Once, they sent me the wrong product and it was inferior in looks and cost. They replaced it with the actual product I bought only after I had to send pictures, etc., instead of just going with the customer is always right motto. They did this after MUCH fanfare. I guess, it could be understandable because they do not want to be ripped off. I get this. Then, I forgot to add my $50 coupon and they would not honor it and said it was too late (one day). Great customer service would have been to just give it to me anyway. These are small complaints. As long as they send me the product I ordered (which they do 99.99% of the time), then I like their products a lot.
I ordered a ring and the stone had a crack near the edge of the setting. It is minor, but the ring should have been thoroughly inspected before sending it out. Just received some very pretty ocean-themed sterling silver earrings and necklace for my granddaughters, that were very reasonable. Mainly because of that, I look forward to seeing how well they wear, including resisting tarnish.
Although the front of this piece looks nice and it is described as "gold dipped" the back of it looks like it is something you would buy at dollar store. Would rather have had something stainless steel and "fake" for maybe $ 100-200. As necklaces often twist I will probably never even wear this. Very disappointed.

It was easy to order, and it was delivered pretty quickly. It's a beautiful silver cat ring with blue eyes. It reminded me of my beautiful little Duchess, who I had for 20 years, who also had beautiful blue eyes, but has since gone over the rainbow. I will always cherish her and this ring.

I received these cute earings. They are posts with a dangle. I cannot even get the back clutch off either earing to try them on. Unfortunately I will return them. Not happy at all. I expect better Ross Simon.
I have shopped at Ross Simon before and I trust their products. This time I purchased two gold chains.
Two things I might change with both chains - I'd like the spring ring clasps to open wider to make it easier to fasten the necklace. I'd also like the loop that attaches to the clasps to be a little bigger.
I haven't had this issue before.
But other than this, the chains are lovely.

I ordered a gold ring. It was beautiful, delivery on time, my wife loved it. The only problem: I had ordered the wrong size, and it was a while before I was able to return it. Ross Simons took it back without question. Later, having verified the right size with my wife I ordered a replacement. It too arrived on time. Beautiful ring. Happy wife. Therefore: happy me.

The earrings I ordered looked just like they did in the catalog and online. There were no surprises or disappointments. I will know more after a few wearings but for the price I can't say anything bad about this product. I look forward to shopping with Ross-Simons again soon. Items are very good quality and look like in pictures, although I recommend to check the width in the details are because they look much wider than in reality. Located and purchased the items I wanted. They look exactly how described. It did take a few days to adjust to them they hurt wearing for a few but much better now and they look beautiful so many compliments
