Everything online was simple except I wish I had a choice on placement of the names. When we got to shipping I paid the extra to speed things along but I feel that it still took to long. I couldn't even track it until it made it out of LAX customs checkpoint. Once I did receive it, the product was in a soft bag for shipping. Nothing to prevent from damaging it. Thankfully all was good.
I was worried with over 5 flowers, it would look crowded, or uneven, but the results were perfect. Every flower had a ton of detail and it made my mother-in-law cry. It did take longer than expected to get to me, but was worth the wait! Would highly recommend any product.

When I emailed asking for details on how to get a refund and ship the necklaces back as these for for Xmas. I received an email asking for a picture if the item. Sent the picture and asked again for instructions on refund. Received email saying they can only give me 15% back. Horrible experience will never purchase from this company again.
