I ordered a father's day gift 10 days before Father's Day. We are now 14 days from date of order (and 4 days past Father's Day) and it is still sitting in New York. I would not order from this company again. There are others with better service. On the same order date, I ordered a similar customized gift from a different company and it was received the day before Father's Day. Won't make this mistake twice.

My husband got his bracelet yesterday and I have a few pressing issues with it. The font looks completely different than the picture when I ordered it and the bracelet is too small—I made sure to measure his wrist so it wouldn't be. He somehow got it to fit but it's SO tight, cutting off his circulation. Finally, this morning, he sends me a picture of the leather splitting and unraveling. It hasn't even been on for 24 hours. I am thoroughly dissatisfied. Now, I won't have a gift in time for Father's Day because shipping took forever. I emailed them and all they did was send me the tracking number for THE ORIGINAL purchase. They didn't even address my concerns. Terrible customer service.
