My charm bracelet came and was much smaller than pictured. Charms are so small hard to see the engraved names
The bracelet ibordered was beautiful and well loved, however when trying to track down my stalled order, the customer service rep didn't know or follow what was being discussed in my email regarding the delayed shipment.
Delivery service was good and I was very pleased with my sign.

After two months of waiting and emailing this company I still have not received my necklace I knew this item would take time to make ad its personilsed but when I've emailed to ask about my order all I get is its in the process of being made and sorry they've been busy with thanksgiving which isn't good enough this was a gift for someone birthday which I still have yet to give me.

I placed an order & paid for expedited shipping on October 21st and still have no items. I sent an email and did get an immediate response the same day (November 10th), asking that I allow one additional week for them to fulfill my orders. It is now December 5th, and I have not received my items. I am beyond disappointed. I know more than ten businesses and would never recommend this company to them. This is absolutely horrible and misleading when it comes to production and delivery when anticipated. I will never patronize this company.
