Ordered 3 necklaces in Nov as Christmas gifts and didn't receive them until Dec 29th. Names were incorrect on 2 of the necklaces and on the 3rd necklace, the name is on upside-down. NEVER, NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

I ordered a necklace that looked to beautiful online. It took quite awhile to get it outside of the 5-8 days, almost 3 weeks. It was engraved on gold and on the very front of the necklace it was cloudy and scratched like it got caught in the machine and was sent to me anyway
What a great product to share the memory of my loved one.
Order on the 18th with a promise to get it no later than Christmas Eve so I had the order for Christmas. Paid almost $30 for 3-day shipping and it's currently the 28th and I still don't have it. No refund even discussed after being in contact twice

I love my bracelet, it was stunning when I got the box. I've had it for a few weeks now and haven't taken it off. Everytime I look at it I think of my mom who I just lost. It looks the same as when I took it out of the box
