I order my mother and father their Christmas gifts from this website. First when I ordered everything, I did not receive another email updating me and it was coming close to a month after ordering. I finally emailed THEM asking about tracking, and they DID email me back pretty quick and finally gave me the shipping and tracking information. I then got the packages a few days after Christmas. The quality of my mothers gift was pretty nice, but my fathers bracelet that I bought, the words were starting to smear slightly. But overall, everything came in fairly good condition so I'm pleased.
Was easy to order. Thought I would get to see a proof but there was no more communication with Rosefeels until after shipping. No response to my inquiry until after shipping either. Unfortunately it did not arrive on time. But necklace is pretty and recepient is happy with it.

Well delivery was forever and once my husband opened it, he was like what is it? I told him and he was like ok. The bracelet is thin and names are small. He didn't even notice that it said there names. I will never buy from them again
I ordered something for my husband for our anniversary. Well he caught wind of basically immediately (he saw me check my email with the confirmation) and told me to cancel it because he already had plans and he didn't want us to spend the extra money (pretty sure he just would never wear the leather bracelet). Anyway, I emailed them within minutes of ordering to cancel and they respond only once at 3:30 in the morning for the last three nights arguing with me. Each email is the same "due to the increase in orders…" which doesn't make any sense. If there's an increase in orders. Then you should have plenty of time to cancel it.
I purchase a necklace with my father's photo, everything went as expected.
