I have been trying for over a month now to get a refund on my return. Somehow Romwe has just lost the package? Every time I try to use their live chat, I explain my problem and the assistant on the other end will tell me they can't find my package. After that, their "24/7 hours always at your service" live chat disables for me. Awful service. Don't order from them if you can avoid it.
I made a fairly large order on July 1,2016 and got express shipping. It's been 4 days and my order is still processing, and I was told when I submitted my ticket that "they need time to prepare the items together to save money on shipping." I've ordered from SheIn multiple times in the past, which is a similar wholesale clothing store, and I've never had an issue with them shipping out separate packages as the items become available. I'm very excited to get my items and was hoping they could provide me with a ballpark estimate as to when the items will ship.
I ordered 2 items a month ago. Got notification they were shipped out. Made it to the US and tracking stops. I understand things get lost... so I tried to contact customer service. All I can get is a computer response that does not help me in any way! I want my items or my money back but can't get ahold of anyone for help.
This people amazingly surprised me far beyond my expectation. I ordered some items for my daughter, and within a few days it has been shipped to me. This is quite more than normal comparing it to other sites that disappoint. As a matter of fact, this people provide high quality products with short delivery time and competitive prices. I must say this site is one of the best I have ever ordered from. I have never had such an easy and stress free experience in online dealing. The best thing by far was their customer support, which was available to answer all my questions in regards to the item itself and the shipping methods they had available is extremely classy. I ordered $146 worth of Romwe's clothes about a month ago, and got them within two weeks of my order. Almost each item I bought was $5-7; now, that's inexpensive. I figured I might as well try it out. If the items turned out to be $#*!, I could just donate them to charity. If not, cool.
I was pleasantly surprised when a box of about 20 individually wrapped tees arrived on my doorstep sooner than expected. The quality was GREAT for the price, NOT cheap, but still not the VERY best. Do yourself a favor and try buying yourself a shirt from here. You won't regret it. And if you do, well, it'll be a loss of 5 bucks. Grow a pair.
I placed an order, then immediately turned around and requested cancellation while still in the "processing" status. This means prior to any payment going through or any shipment of the product. 24 hours later, I receive a response to my cancellation request stating that it was too late to cancel, that the product was to be shipped and I find that the funds were charged. This is unacceptable. I process orders for a living. I know when an order can be cancelled, and this one should have never completed processing. I am disputing the charges and will NOT be doing business with Romwe ever again.

If I could ive a negative 100 I would. I received the most Shi**y items of so called clothing i've ever seen in my life. I received stuff looking 100% different than the picture - 100% different than whats stated. Above all that is the fact i've proven to them I got wrong or bad items and they still want me to pay shipping, even though on their stupid website it says we will pay for shipping if we send wrong items. I am seriously pissed, and cannot believe the amount of money hungry untrustworthy a**h***es these people are.

Please consider this, if you want to return any items or get a refund the process in place is made difficult, if you opt for a 50% voucher etc then you cannot apply that voucher to already discounted items (as most items are already "discounted"), cheap clothes but quality is very poor, i had a missing belt from a dress, skirts hemlines were not sewn and the blouses all had threads from the sewing still attached everywhere. Terrible!

I bought t-shirt from http://www.romwe.com for my husband and he likes them. They are a lot cheaper than at local sporting goods store chains where he previously purchased them. Being a big & tall man he'd like them to be a little longer but they are decent in that regard. He has a strong sensitivity to fabrics that are not 100% cotton. We've bought three shirts so far and waiting on two more.
I glad to know about this website. Their collections are so much good. I ordered a round neck striped loose sweatshirt from romwe.com, it's a great things for my body and looks gorgeous. I should order from it again.
I ordered a bunch of really cute dresses from Romwe this summer. When they arrived it was laughable how terrible the clothing was.
I read reviews saying you get what you pay for ect ect and expected to get cheap dresses- but these were un wearable.
They were obviously cheap imitations of the outfits that are pictured on the site. I genuinely did a fashion show for my family- pulling up the picture of what i bought- and then coming down in the outfit and we all were in tears laughing. It was like something from those "Nailed It" things you see on the internet. All in all it was a good laugh but an absolute waste of money. I would never ever order again and would advise anyone against it if your hope was to go out in public.

Shopping online with Romwe was a fantastic experience! I ordered a ton of adorable, boutique style clothes and was so excited about receiving them AND barely paying a thing! They arrived just as described, all very cute and well made. The lace on one particular piece was gorgeous and delicate; it was of excellent quality, especially considering it was under $15. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great experience!
I order stuff every month and every single piece of clothing was amazing! Size charts work well, even though I have bigger hips there are always bottoms which fit perfectly. The style they offer is very unique, and since we don't have this kind of store in my country, I really enjoy shopping there. Pics are realistic, prices are low and shipping is kinda fast (I live in central Europe).
Everything is okay if you want to keep all of the shoddily made strangely sized items they sent (six weeks to get order - sizes ranged from small to XL, I ordered mediums for all). The problem comes if you want to return anything. They send a prepaid label which isn't prepaid. When the post office and couriers refuse it they say 'oh just send them back' i. E. at your full cost. AND these are to Belgium - return cost is £50 +

Although cute online... some of the clothing comes in miniature sizes like adult small would fit a toddler, but then some smalls were huge. The shoulder straps are way too broad for my shoulders but the shirt was super small.
There are a lot of strings hanging and the quality is terrible. Do not order from them. I read the reviews before I purchased and decided to try them out due to mixed reviews. HORRIBLE!

Before I buy anything online I always read the reviews – especially the negative ones. For example, I want to know if issues raised by customers are anything I should be concerned about. After reading some of the reviews I became concerned but decided to place an order all the same. This was on the basis that even if, historically, service has been poor the supplier may now be offering a better service. After all, today’s genius was yesterday’s novice. As it turned out, the delivery arrived within the time I expected and the item I ordered fitted perfectly. There were no communication issues either. I may have just been one of the lucky ones but I’m also aware that happy customers rarely give feedback whereas unhappy ones are quite happy to rant without encouragement. So, if you decide to place an order, I suggest you keep that in mind.
This shop has amazing photos! I looked for hours to pick out just the right pieces to purchase. When they got here they were so small! I ordered an XL and XXL. I could not even get them over my head! They would have been perfect for my 5 year old.
