First, there were some technical glitches with receiving the correct waist and inseam sizes ( it was correct on the paperwork, and inverted on the actual pants). Customer service was very helpful in promptly making things right.
Overall, I'd be pleased to do business with this company again in the future and would recommend it.

I am very happy with my purchase of these Klim Betty riding jeans. They have great stretch and feel great on. I do highly recommend ordering a size down. I'm 5'10 and ordered a size 8 and they fit perfect. I tried these jeans on in store and the 10 was very large on me. I just wanted the lighter color and the store didn't have it. Highly recommend these jeans if you're looking for a good Jean on and off the bike.

Revzilla was great with their customer service. The part took a week or 2 to ship and only came in with half the mounting hardware. Revzilla was promt in getting that addressed but hogworkz took another 10 days to get to me. Once I finally got the hardware I was able to mount the sissy bar and the bar is so warped that it isn't squared when attaching. This caused the cheap latching mechanism to be put under stress and it broke. Overall I'm not satisfied with hogworkz sissy bar being the equivalent of an Amazon knock off. As for revzilla they've been great this whole time.

The size around the hand fit small so I ordered an extra large. It fits exactly how I like, a little tight but not restricting. The problem lies in the fingers and knuckles, being the gloves fit a size small I had to order a size up making the fingers too long and the carbon fiber knuckle guards sit above my knuckles making it somewhat uncomfortable to wear and wear properly.

I have been looking for a better air filter for my Road King Special and the Arlen Ness filter fits perfectly! No modifications necessary, easy install. Has a black look and is a little bigger than factory. Definitely recommend if you don't feel like wasting your money on a bulky air intake system.

It's hard to find a company that you can trust and rely upon these days. Once you do you stay loyal. And loyal I am to Revzilla. I sincerely hope all the employees in the warehouses, shipping, and customer service get paid well as they should be. To Revzilla as a whole, have a fantastic day.

I'm pretty disappointed that the color description on the add was inaccurate and I requested to exchange the product for another color. Was told I'd have to reorder and pay the shipping loss and return shipping. I'll be avoiding RevZilla after this

Between the videos and item descriptions, RevZilla does great work in presenting products to you to assist you in deciding as to what is right for you. This helped immensely in the purchase of a particular helmet.

I didn't know it could be like this! No hair pulled out when taking off helmet, feel like my head is being cradled in a cloud. Might not have the best air flow in hot Florida but we'll see this summer. Only complaint is the box is all smashed in so I guess I'm not keeping it to store the helmet and did they literally throw it into the shipping box? Makes me think it's been dropped or thrown around.

Have been a online shopper for years. Never had a problem with ordering, shipping, or the products I've ordered. First in-store (Philly) experience recently was first rate--thanks, Myron! Tried on the Klim Ai-1 vest to make sure of size and that it fit under my new Revit jacket. Happy with all I bought and with the crew at RevZilla!

I ordered a helmet and it was taking longer than the stated time to ship, I called customer service and they were able to expedite the order and it got here within a few days. I have always had good customer service with revzilla.

The team member at cycle gear ordered the part, but when it arrived it was not the correct bolt for my dirt bike. I'll just try and use it somewhere else when needed. I still need to try and order the correct bolt though.

I love this company and it's efficency. This particular time, not so good. Products didn't ship when they were supposed to or arrive when needed. Products i received were great, but I really couldn't used that heated gear for my road trip. It was cold.

The product I have ordered was the correct product and it was delivered on time. Its of high quality and easy to install with good instructions. I even received a free sticker pack with some awesome stickers and a free return shipment if it was incorrect.

Ordered great quality Rev it boots and delivered fast. Unfortunately the toe won't fit under shifter. They are marred and unable to be returned. I donated to good will. $217 down the drain. Wish i glanced at customer reviews before buying. Learned the hard way.

Shopping on the website was an average experience with average prices, nothing necessarily bad or good. The product I bought was also average, not the quality I was led to believe for something from that price and from a quality brand. The shipping however, was horrible. The shipping estimate came and went while the package had never even started the process of being sent out. Took forever, and showed up unexpectedly very late.

I was shopping for a Leatt ADV helmet. Located it on RevZilla site with no issues. Placed order and received the helmet. Very good experience. I will be using RevZilla in the future. Highly recommend RevZilla.

There was a problem with my address. While working with customer service my order became sold out, it was a close out item. Andrew helped me find a different item that was actually more expensive for the same price.

Product came really fast. The jacket was okay. Protection wasn't as beefy as I hoped. Revzilla was super communicative the whole time. No surprises, which is nice. Good price on a closeout item was nice, too.
