I had bought an open box/ incomplete exhaust. Said it was missing a bolt, I ordered the exhaust and went and found a bolt locally. The exhaust came in and it was missing other parts as well, I contacted customer service and they had me send that one back for a brand new exhaust! They truly went the extra mile!

This is a pair of good -quality locomotive gloves. It feels three -dimensional tailoring. Because you can feel that your fingers are bent well after wearing hands, it is very comfortable to hold the handle, and it is flexible to operate the locomotive.

I love Revzilla, great products, well laid out, I like the review videos. My last order was not true to size which was a bit frustrating, but the return was easy and my replacement came quickly.

I ordered a pair of 5x motorcycle pants these pants will not even go over my knees. I need to return them. I feel that I was misled by you saying they were 5x when they are in fact just a large with a 5x tag put on it..

It's a 50/50 when it comes to customer service regarding the chat. Sometimes it's super cool people like the extra cool guys. And some other it's the most angry person in the world LOL. NO middle ground.

The new rage license plate did not fit my 2024 Indian FTR without grinding the bolts that connect the two pieces almost completely off. It still does not fit correctly. There was no fault with the rest of the order.

I was shipped a battery that was damaged before it was put in box. Whoever did knew as it was heavily packed with bubbles as not to move. Then after the return process I was told to dispose of the batt but it was on my dime.

I was confused by your shipping information. I thought I was getting a single package, but in fact there were two packages. Which led me to believe for a short period that I was missing my brake pad order. Only to find it buried with other emails and the email wasn't too clear, also your website and order information doesn't initially show that there are two packages. Very confusing, you folks need to make it very clear and easier to read. When doing things like this, I am usually doing 7 other things. It needs to be less complicated, easier to read and get the info I need, so that I can move on.

Between my last bike and my new one I've bought many things. 2 Helmets, a top case and top case rack, full sliders set for both, windshield for the old one and plenty more. The last purchase(s) a helmet i trusted the guide not my experience and ended up with a medium instead of large. Opened the medium, tried to try it on. Hit the revzilla site and started a return with label in 2 minutes and placed an order for the large. Shipped the medium out and the tracking showed delivered on the same day as the correct size. 2 days later I had the full refund in my account to cover the swap before it cleared my credit card for the purchase. That's fast!

Revzilla continues to be the site I use for gear, tires, etc. Return policy has always worked for me. I usually purchase 2 pair of boot/gloves etc. and return the one I don't keep. Keep up the great customer service!

My son just purchased his first brand new bike and he wanted a new helmet. This will be his third helmet, but the others never made him happy. He wears glasses, and they were always uncomfortable. This helmet exceeds his expectations and the price was amazing. The comfort is 5 star and he is very impressed with the sound system - clear, crisp sound. He loves that the face lifts up and he is finally overjoyed with his new helmet. Thanks Revzilla for a quality product with amazing pricing.

First, there were some technical glitches with receiving the correct waist and inseam sizes ( it was correct on the paperwork, and inverted on the actual pants). Customer service was very helpful in promptly making things right.
Overall, I'd be pleased to do business with this company again in the future and would recommend it.

I am very happy with my purchase of these Klim Betty riding jeans. They have great stretch and feel great on. I do highly recommend ordering a size down. I'm 5'10 and ordered a size 8 and they fit perfect. I tried these jeans on in store and the 10 was very large on me. I just wanted the lighter color and the store didn't have it. Highly recommend these jeans if you're looking for a good Jean on and off the bike.

Revzilla was great with their customer service. The part took a week or 2 to ship and only came in with half the mounting hardware. Revzilla was promt in getting that addressed but hogworkz took another 10 days to get to me. Once I finally got the hardware I was able to mount the sissy bar and the bar is so warped that it isn't squared when attaching. This caused the cheap latching mechanism to be put under stress and it broke. Overall I'm not satisfied with hogworkz sissy bar being the equivalent of an Amazon knock off. As for revzilla they've been great this whole time.

The size around the hand fit small so I ordered an extra large. It fits exactly how I like, a little tight but not restricting. The problem lies in the fingers and knuckles, being the gloves fit a size small I had to order a size up making the fingers too long and the carbon fiber knuckle guards sit above my knuckles making it somewhat uncomfortable to wear and wear properly.

I have been looking for a better air filter for my Road King Special and the Arlen Ness filter fits perfectly! No modifications necessary, easy install. Has a black look and is a little bigger than factory. Definitely recommend if you don't feel like wasting your money on a bulky air intake system.
