My order took more two weeks. During this time no one informed the holdup. About ten days in a delivery date was announced by the seller but was then changed three more days later. Will order again only if other don't have what I need.

I appreciate the video descriptions for the riding gear, very helpful for making decisions on the product and sizing. I bought my first pair of touring pants after 14 years of riding. Was a little unsure about the fit after I received them. The online chat support is also wonderful, helping me assess the fit. Shopping is easy, selection is excellent, shipping is fast, and support is great.

Overall, I'm happy with RevZilla's products and selection. They offer a great range of gear, and I've generally had positive experiences shopping with them. However, considering their partnership with CycleGear, my main suggestion would be to allow RevZilla items to be returned or exchanged directly at CycleGear locations. Currently, the separation of these two entities isn't particularly consumer-friendly, creating unnecessary inconvenience. It would make more sense to unify these businesses under a single, cohesive customer experience rather than maintaining a dual structure that seems to cannibalize each other's sales.

Easy navigation on the website. Purchase was processed fast. Delivery was earlier than expected. Packing was secure with no damage to product. Also the option of payment with Venmo was so helpful.

This is now my sixth order from RevZilla and my second time buying a helmet from them, shipping all the way to Hawaii. All around great experience (as usual) and I'll definitely continue to use their services in the future. This time the order came through USPS; my equipment was sent with the retail box packed in a larger box with packing air cushions and there was no damage to the retail box or my new helmet.

Replaced a failing 220cca lead acid with 250cca lithium iron. New battery seems to have internal disconnect. It will crank to the first cyl compression, click off, then start again. Acting like a much lower CCA battery.

I had bought an open box/ incomplete exhaust. Said it was missing a bolt, I ordered the exhaust and went and found a bolt locally. The exhaust came in and it was missing other parts as well, I contacted customer service and they had me send that one back for a brand new exhaust! They truly went the extra mile!

Ordered the product and then waited 4-5 days before it was shipped. Was not shipped in 24 hours as the site says. Finally called and prompted shipping. Fed ex then had weather related shipping delay. They rescheduled arrival date and it did not arrive. No new expected arrival date but it arrived. I don't think fed ex knows.
Good news - the Puig r1300gs headlight protector is excellent. Yes superior to BMWs own version.

The website have videos of each product I was interested in. This helps me with making the right decision for my needs. I was very excited to receive my order, because I knew it would be exactly what I wanted form the video.
