Tires were easy to find and available at a price less than local vendors.
Boxed the helmet came in was busted up and when I opened it the helmet had generic decals on it that someone had clearly forgot to take off. I ordered a gloss black helmet which shouldnt have had terrible blue racing stripes on it. Clearly someone else had it first as well as it had some minor scratches on it as well.
I chose to have have my items forwarded to NZPost in the USA to have my order shipped from there to me in NZ as I considered revzilla 's shipping to NZ excessive. With the benefit of hindsight that was a mistake as the shipping cost is nearly the same and there is an inherent delay of almost an extra week and a degree of stress involved.

This jacket was supposed to be shipped between 4-6 days and it didn't leave the warehouse until day 8. And this was only after I sent an email asking about it.

Shopping experience and check out are fine automated processes. The website usually works well. The issue with this experience is I received two tracking numbers for three boxes. The third box arrived separate from the other tracking numbers over four days, yes including a weekend. That weekend was spent talking to customer service about if a third box had been sent or not.
Everything is fine, I'm very glad and satisfied. Great online store.
