I typed "Free resume templates" in a Google search having left resume.io and came across resumegenius. This site just happened to be the second one I typed all of my information into so I gave into the need of creating my document. Just bothered enough by the fact that I had to pay to download a PDF after I specifically looked for a service with free templates.

Need more template options with picture options available. There is a glitch your site when you go to edit, it keeps adding on paragraphs afyer being deleted.

Not too user friendly. Had to call in and seems like had a remote worker with music blaring in background. Couldn't really understand her, but worked it out myself... i hope

Wouldn't accept my cash app card for payment. Also, would not let me hit submit until I clicked YES for follow up. What's the point of a Yes or No then?

Uploaded my existing resume, system recommend 1 or 2 changes and wants money to download. I am trying it today but not sure it is worth it. There are free programs that seem to do the same thing

Says it's free but it's not, but most of these services say the same and I couldn't be arsed going through making another resume again just to have it ask for money before you can download it

Easy to navigate and wide range of templates. Need to work on something that it can pick properly details from word doc provided as i had to write a lot to improve the whole resume.

Not a fan of the payment for a resume, should be a single payment for the product. Not something you want to monthly withdraw from. Seems like a money grab. I'm one of the people that build not an office person. I get my hands dirty.
