I wish there was less than 1 star review. I have got nothing against the lady who spoke to me over the phone, but the company is a total scam, got charged 3 times $34.85 until started doing my bills more detailed and noticed the charges that were actually supposed to be $4 a month. They only offered $17 reimbursement for a membership that was never used and fraudulently included into the terms and conditions when I was in a hurry to download 1 file. I hope more people will go here and actually read the reviews before giving them your card info. Good luck to everyone looking for a job.

I signed up for $1.95,14 day trial & will watch card after reading some reviews. It was disappointing to find resumes/cover letters very difficult to edit once you download & formats don't hold. I even had a college computer professor and another teacher trying to get these downloaded for me as they appear on site. NO LUCK with that. And no Print Preview found to fix anything before downloading. Not too happy with this service.

First, you can download in word yet it's jumbled. Told by customer service word will not work as download. Second, representatives should speak clear English. Third, free resume templates is misleading, after all my hard work I had no choice but to pay. I have marked my calendar to cancel.

SCAM!...Buyer/User Beware...
I'm really on a fence with the integrity of this company...I have no issue with the service they are offering...I needed to use them for one 'free' resume and was duped at the end of the entire process to pay $2...which somehow morphed into a classically sneaky $24 a month...5 months went by before I noticed the auto deduct for some subscription I was now apparently paying for...😡 Never will use them again...(I sent a photo of the many negative feedbacks tat have been removed from another review site)...BUYER/USER BEWARE!
