I called so many other hotels asking how much of a hold they will put on my card if i ended up paying the reservation in cash when i got there and they all told me i would have to have the whole amount of the stay on my card instead of doing cash for the stay when i got there and gladly michael was able to answer those questions for me and tell me that i would only be paying a $29.99 deposit to book the room and i can do the rest in cash when i get there. Honestly that made my day right there knowing he was able to help me with my questions. He was kind and generous also he was very helpful if i could give him a raise i would

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
