Omar was very nice, but unfortunately, he gave me an incorrect phone number to the front desk of MGM Grand Hotel. The number he gave me was *******098. That is the number for the Holiday Inn. Please make note of this. Thank you

Agent customer service awesome, hotel check in is awful. Charged a $50 incidental fee that was not mentioned, no breakfast even though that was quoted & in the email. Rates are more expensive booking through 3rd party vendor versus booking at the property. This is a bait and switch & blindsides the customer. Totally illegal, lesson learned & I will never use this service again. I will alert everyone I know to avoid this hotel and reservation vendor.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
