I won a 3 night stay. Glad I googled the reviews and the BBB. I'll gladly pay full price online because after reading all the reviews your paying for a crappy room, no refunds, can't see the room until all this money is paid! I will strongly pass on these so called free tickets! SMH
This was the easiest booked vacation I've had in a long time.
I was able to pay the taxes/fees with no issues. Having the opportunity to redeem my 4 day/3 night trip within 18 months is awesome.
Our voucher was up to 739.00 when I booked my hotel only thing available was a $55 dollar 2 bed queen hotel to stay at, I requested that it's our Anniversary and could we upgrade to a king with a jacuzzi, and they said any upgrades would cost me out of my own money, which I already had to pay $110.00 fee, just not happy, but as my mom said nothing free! We're taking?

Also, the fact that you are pushed to pick the location so early on is not fair.

So far pretty easy I hope that when I go to book the hotel it will be this easy as well and hope that it is going to be a hotel with which i would want to stay.
I was very happy with the gift and offer until after I paid for the activation and then tried to book a reservation for a trip that I am taking at the end of the month, but could not book the room reservation because it states I have to wait 30 days before I can use the gift. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Then it says I have up to 18 months to use the gift. It would be different if it was for a trip in the states and I could use it within 18 months. But how often does someone get to go to Ireland and who goes to Ireland every 18 months?
Again VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!... and feel like I just wasted my $99 dollars to activate a trip that I can't use.
Its been a bit confusing, and I don't kike having to lock in my destination, especially in this covid world
