Very happy with ebates

I love how easy the website is to use. The categories help you find great stores & you earn a percentage off each purchase which is free cash. I am also extremely happy with their customer service via email that will respond within a day & correct any mistakes straight away. Excellent site, service and free money. Whats not to love? I use it every time I shop online.

GREAT customer service

I had a problem with a purchase where the Cash Back went from 4% to 8% as I was shopping. When I explained the problem, they gave me the difference. They were very attentive and quick to respond.

Beyond Exceptional!

Ebates is the best thing since the internet. Just click, shop, and save. No gimmicks, no ads, no spam, nothing but great customer service and savings. When I contact customer service for anything, they respond in a quick and professional manner, even when I made a mistake. Seriously, everyone should be using Ebates.

After using Ebates several times with no problems, I recently had a rather large transaction that the online store did not give me credit for. Upon contacting Ebates directly, they quickly resolved the issue and credited the full amount to my Ebates account. What a great company, and what a great way to save money!

This was the first time I have ever contacted E Bates. I know I had created a ticket for a purchase but it didn't show up on my Dashboard.

I sent a very simple letter, with purchase verification to customer service. The response was a surprise as they were very professional and resolved the issue at once.

Basic common sense. It works. So does E Bates. If you want to deal with a company that answers with compassion, not a form letter; you have found it.

Outstanding Customer Service

I contacted customer service and with a few emails back and forth the issue was resolved and the cash was posted to my account.

EBATES is the real deal!

Recently I was shopping for a new Audio/Video System for my Home Theater. After deciding on the Yamaha RX-V677BL, and surfing the WWW I checked EBATES. They were offering a 16% cash back promotional from certain stores. I checked World Wide Stereo. They not only had the best price I found ( but with 16% Cash back and free shipping)! Hooray!
Now on to the speakers (I couldn't afford what I REALLY wanted) so again I turned to EBATES. Bingo a coupon for Harmon Kardon pops up. I went to their site and found a 5.1 speaker setup that was perfect for me. Normal price was $799 and on sale for $379. EBATES throws in a $180 coupon! Harmon Kardon throws in free shipping and needless to say I'm a happy camper. Now I've got some cash left over to fine tune my system.
I've been using EBATES for a little over a year now and I couldn't be happier.

Rakuten.com is the worst online shopping site I've ever used. Not only was it a pain in the $#*! just to place my order, but upon trying to request to cancel the order at 11:00 YESTERDAY, and making 2 requests to customer service to cancel the order, the order was shipped this morning, anyway. I called customer service this morning, and they said they can't cancel the order because it's already shipped. I'll be disputing the charge as soon as it's posted, and after I refuse the package upon delivery, I'll be sure never to order from them again.

Just use Newegg.com, Amazon, or Micro Center.

This Company Takes The Cake!

I placed an order with Bake Me A Wish thru Ebates. I was able to get exactly what I wanted for my twin sisters and in checking out inadvertently forgot to use the coupon code which was 20% off $30+order. I had placed $100 order. The very next day I notified Ebates. They were very sympathetic but they explained how they couldn't give me credit but the vendor could. I wrote to Bake Me A Wish and explained what happened. Within 24 hours I received a most lovely reply and assurance that they would gladly provide a credit on my charge card. I was so impressed with their consideration. I have the utmost respect for Bake Me A Wish and hope others use their services.

Excellent Customer service

I purchased put an item from sears in my cart and 2 hours later the price changed and it was $250.00 more. I contacted sears thru chat and was able to get original price but lost my 3% from ebates. I contacted them and they tried to resolve issue for me. Unfortunately, Sears would not honor cash back, so ebates gave me $10.00. That is customer service.

The best customer sevice

They few times that a shopping trip "failed" to register so I could get my Ebates the issue was addressed either immediately, after I submitted a trouble ticket, or shortly after a discussion (live or email) with a customer rep. I've enjoyed using eBates for many years, I've saved money with the coupons I find on their site and I get Cash Back via eBates too - a double win for shopping!

Duplicate Account Issue

While shopping via Ebates, I mistakenly created a second account. The next day when I realized what I had done, I contacted Customer Care via email. They got back to me the same day and resolved the issue very quickly! Just another reason why I LOVE Ebates and refer everyone I can think of to try the site!
