Was excellent in helping me with the issue from start to finish. No waiting 2 days for replies back he responded to my problems in a very timely manner and came up with a resolution that was perfect for me.
I ordered an item that I needed quickly but didn't realize how long the production/shipping would take. When I contacted the company, I received a very quick response from Edwin Hernando, and he went way above and beyond what I was expecting to ensure that I will be receiving my order even sooner than I had requested. This has been one of my best online shopping experiences, and I am 150 percent satisfied. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with this company - I know I will be shopping again with them in the future!
I left a costume project a little late, and ordered a shirt that should have only just made it in time. There was an issue with the art file, but I didn't find out until 10 days later, so there was no way for me to get the shirt on time.
After explaining my situation, Michael Loyal expedited the entire process and discounted my order. I have the shirt in hand with a few days to spare. I was kept in the loop the entire time, and felt like Michael genuinely made my order a priority.
We have been having a lot of issues recently and when I email my concerns, it seems that Michael has always been the person that has came through for us. He shows that he cares for our business and makes us feel that our concerns is heard and gets corrected.

Recently, I relocated to an apartment. Furnishing from scratch, I had plenty of opportunity to engage RageOn. In fact, I planned a whole collection of art to bring my walls to life. But, I encountered a problem. Many of the art files that I submitted lacked the needed resolution. Fortunately, Mr. Loyal contacted me right away. We worked together developing a solution.
Now, my walls dance with color thanks to the art captured by RageOn. I very much appreciate Mr. Krilivsky, Mr. Loyal and the rest of the crew at RageOn. They rage in excellence!
I decided to buy myself a fun shirt as a birthday gift for myself and decided to order through RageOn!. The options were plentiful and their website is very user friendly. The designs and vibe of the product line up is super dope. I had an issue where I didn't receive a confirmation of the order but my card was charged. In a span of about 3 hours the customer service team had located my order and got me completely updated in a really painless way. I will definitely be using rage on in the future!
Ordered a Davy Jones pirate shirt. It was never delivered by United State Postal Service. We filed a claim with USPS and they called with no hope. So our last ditch effort we called RageOn and they were FANTASTIC! Immediately jumped on replacing and expediting the shirt normally when there is a 10 day lead time with no red tape. We are getting our shirt for the pirate party on Disney Cruise all thanks to their great customer service! The United State Postal Service can take some best practices from their approach of friendliness, solution oriented, and awesome follow up with their customers.

After having placed an order with Rageon I was very worried that my purchase would not make it here on time to give to my friend in loving memory of her son who was murdered a year ago. I had emailed rage on a few times but did not thoroughly receive an answer back however once I was able to message Michael I had received absolutely amazing services. He had gone out of his way far beyond to a sure that my products would make it to me as soon as possible so that my loving friend could have it in time. I worked with Michael and he was able to change the size on a Unicorn Onsie I ordered. By friends, I was told the sizes run big so I needed to change mine from a med to small. Michel talked to the print staff and had the size corrected!
I ordered a shirt called "Light Armor" in the past and it is a wonderful piece. Printing is excellent and it looks like the design is in 3D.
Once I figure out how to add the pictures I will.
I received a garment that was not as described. The return was easy and throughout my correspondence with support staff, I had nothing but positive conversation.

Micheal loyal was the most encouraging person to me and answered all my questions and problems and paranoid concerns regarding me not knowing enough about not using Jpeg files but only using png files. Plus told me about the pixel dimensions chart I have printed to my area of operations. When I was ready to give up and kept spamming him with copies of my logo trying to figure out if I had changed it to the correct dimensions and everything. He waited patiently and didnt mind I'd been practically spam messaging and emailing him trying to get answers to whether my latest project attempt to get everything right to the standards for brand verification. He kept me on the right track and worked with me and encouraged me so closely and clearly and explained it all to me, and my very last latest design. Of my brand logo. Is good enough for brand verification standards, only because of him so now I have asked rageon to take all my stuff down except for the one Micheal has approved, and he has and is putting me on the right track towards brand verification and deserves a promotion, very much so

As for the purchase itself, I ordered a shirt as a gift to a friend. In short, it was the most comfortable shirt he said he owned AND it made him smile. I call that a win.

We had a custom order that we had a little trouble with in the beginning. They went way above the average customer service to help and we love this shirt! Very responsive and helpful! Will do business again! I would add a picture yet just not allowed to have publicly per school owner.

There was a mix-up with my order, but I reached out to customer support today (Saturday) and received a response within the hour. Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
