Extremely disappointed in what I received from Rageon. Ordered the Iridescent T-Shirt for a concert because the picture displayed a shirt that was shiny and bright and "popped" off of the page. What I received was a shirt where the pattern display was correct, but the shirt looked dull and nothing like the material that was displayed online. Not shiny or shimmering at all and more like a run of the mill t-shirt. Would never purchase anything from this company again!
Incapable of providing status updates, clearly didn't even process order after waiting past their published maximum standard time. Send your order elsewhere, there's a high chance you'll be waiting and never get yours from here. They always response quickly to a customer service request but its always the same "I'll look right into that and get back to you!"; But I assure you, they will never get back. Same thing every time. Incompetent.
RageOn is an amazing company. Not only do they have a plethora of products but their customer service is spectacular. They reply to my questions virtually on the spot and if I have an issues they immediately alleviate them for me.
They are my go to for any EDM related clothing and then some.

After 20 + days of trying to track my order and the site still has no clue i even made an order... Emailed them multiple times to find out where my order was with ZERO response.
This company need to get it together! They are seem kind, but you will NOT get your product in a reasonable amount of time! Read the Google/FB reviews, the shining will take over a month, if the product is recurved at all! Buyer beware, you WILL lose your money!

She sent me tracking links detailing that all of the items in my order had been shipped, excluding 1 item that's still in the manufacturing process. I got a bathing suit and it ran very small. Michael in customer service has been great. He responds to all my emails in fast time. I am very pleased overall with their customer service.

I was skeptical at first when ordering, wasn't sure on how they were going to print an image so big and what the quality of it would be. But I took the gamble and was completely blown away when I received my item. I am 100% happy with their work, professionalism, and shipping speed. I will be forever loyal when ordering anything custom. Such a great company. A+ guys, on all fronts.

I do wish that the measurements were standard, where a chest size (like 36") is used instead of a flat measure across (like 21").
The Tee-shirts I got fit perfectly. Unfortunately the sleeveless shirts are quite tight and small. May have to give those away as I can hardly breathe in them.
The prints, except for one, had great resolution. Time will tell how well they stay colorfast.
Shoddy graphics and terrible print quality. Worst I've ever encountered with any print company anywhere in the world. Categorically avoid.

Had a brilliant experience with these guys quick communications through the Facebook messenger app. They were happy to change a delivery address for me and chased up my order for me. Bea and Edwin we're both really easy to talk!

Micheal Loyal was very professional and great help. I was concerned i wasnt gonna get my shirt in time for my Jennifer Lopez concert in 10 days especially because it was on July 5 during the 4th of July weekend. I received my shirt in 7days after asking if they can put a rush on it. Micheal kept me updated daily and assured me it would come on time for the concert and on that day of delivery asked if i received it. The shirt was very good quality, i payed for the print on both sides and payed extra for better quality. I was happy to see it wasnt the cheap cotton material it was more like the comfortable silky type of shirt. The only thing for me was it wasnt tight enough around the neck, being i like my neck part to be more fit, but i wore a shirt underneath so it worked out. The shirt fit exactly the size i purchased, which was another concern because i ordered shirts before and it end up being from China and fit too small. I got alot of compliments on my shirt i think even JLO winked at me
This representative handled my concerns more than well. I really like this website/company and look forward to building more of my wardrobe with you all!:-)

Ordered about a week ago with no shipping info. Contacted RageOn and they were able to locate the package in a timely fashion. The shirts were amazing as well.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
