They responded fast. Usually If i Messed up on an online purchase I'd just Accept my loss and move on. But When I emailed them They were very kind and understanding and even let me keep the item I had mistakenly Purchased. It was my first time ordering from them, and now they've got me as a new regular!

I had an issue with one of my shirts I had ordered. Edwin, the customer rep, replied quickly. I was surprised. I was expecting a day or two. The issue was resolved quickly and I can go on about my life. Rageon definitely has great customer service.

I love the way Edwin handled my issues with the delay in the shipment. He made me feel comfortable and each time i contacted him he would respond back and assured me everything was OK. I wish more reps take a page out of his book.

Very Helpful

I ordered a shirt from RageOn back in November and it got stuck in processing for over a month. I reached out to customer service when I had a feeling something was up, and Bea Solde (RageOn) was super helpful in rerouting the order to a different production facility so I could still get my shirt. Although it still took a couple more weeks, they refunded my shipping and my shirt arrived! Updates were timely from the moment I submitted my inquiry. Bea was extremely helpful in ultimate getting my shirt shipped and I love it. Thank you.

Horrible!

I ordered two Christmas sweaters on December 4th and on December 17th I still hadn't received an order update so I contacted customer service. I told them I needed the sweaters for a party on December 20th and if I couldn't get my sweaters from them by then then I needed to cancel and get a refund. I was offered premium shipping that would still take 10 business days to receive my order(which would be after the party for which I needed my sweaters) or I could get a gift card to their website. I wanted a full refund with my money back not a giftcard to there $#*!ty store. Worst customer service ever! Do not ever buy from them!

I placed 2 orders over 2 months ago. After NOT hearing anything from them i reached out asking why the status was still in a pending mode. I was told that they could not process the order. WHY would you not reach out and tell me this? Nonetheless, they tell me they would send the product to another vendor to be produced. They have yet to give me a status of the production or tracking of the products. I was also told i would get a full refund for the items as well as still have them shipped out but neither have been done. When i reach out to them they avoid me by asking for the same information they already have. When i tell them they have it they stop responding. This company needs to stop scamming people and be shut down

Standard shipping is 15 to 20 days plus production.

Production means any arbitrary length of time.

If you want your product soon, or at all, I recommend not using the service.

I ordered a shirt that was advertised as a full print (sleeves and all), but that was not what I received nor did it fit me will. I was not upset just frustrated. I decided to return the shirt. Here is where the real problem is. Their policy states that you MUST return it in the same packaging, plastic and all. You CANNOT wear it, not once. This sets up an impossible situation because how will somebody know if it fits or not without trying it on? On top of that, you must pay THEM a 15% restocking fee ONLY through PayPal, no credit/debit card whatsoever. It is a painfully obvious money-grab. Crappy company, DO NOT buy through them.

Not happy with my 1st order from RageOn. On their website, the blue & teal green colors are bright & bold. The image detail is sharp and looks 3 dimensional. What I received is vastly different & disappointing. The blue & green colors are very dull with a hint of yellow. The print pattern is grainy and looks out of focus. According to RageOn, their technology allows them to print "insanely vibrant designs." The image shown on RageOn's website is no where remotely close to what I received.

Great Customer Service

I had placed an order for a t shirt that seemed to be taking too long to arrive. I contacted customer service and immediately the representative acknowledged my issue. Within 3 days my shirt has arrived and it is awesome! And just in time for a costume party! Thanks RageOn for great service, other companies aren't this good. Keep it up!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!

This online store is a complete joke! The shirt they sent me was Not what I initially ordered. The image was REALLY small compared to what they displayed on their site, on top of that the quality of the picture itself looks really bad. The material of the shirt is thin and cheap, and they did not provide me a tracking number for my item.
It took them 3 weeks to deliver my shirt, and I am really disappointed. My purchase with this store was not worth it at all.

I would strongly advise anyone to NOT shop with RageOn, as they seem to be only interested in your money, other than giving you back the quality items you paid for.

Tricked into ordering

The website is set up so that it NEVER shows when the expected delivery will be regardless of which shipping option is chosen. While many complain about not receiving orders when promised, the fact is they promise nothing with this glitch and manipulative sales technique. Shame on them!

I ordered a Frankie McDonald shirt. $46. It was not what was featured in the site. It's darker and is closer up showing less of the face. You can't really tell what it is. I immediately requested a refund and never heard back. I sent a second email and still nothing.
