Their shipping process takes upwards of a month - very slow! Also everything is verrryy expensive. Their prints are cool but again, no one is tracking the shipping process or customer satisfaction.
I placed 2 orders, 2 days apart.
I spent $100 on a pair of shoes that said it would take 10 business days to make and shipping would take up to 5 days (due to current events)
That's fine. I order. Didn't get the tracking number.
These shoes were supposed to be an anniversary gift. But since they were so late, I had to buy something else and I'm really upset that I couldn't give these to him.

Second order the next day. I got a bunch of masks and a shirt. $80 later. I did get the tracking number emailed to me this time.
The masks came like 2 weeks later. The order says the shirt was delivered with the masks. It was not.
The shoes haven't even shipped out yet (over a month ago)
When I emailed asking for my tracking number, I got it. So that was good.
The masks were fine with 2 stretchy bands that wrap around your head.
All but 1 mask looks like the pictures advertised.
The 1 is weird and off center, you can't even tell what it is. So it probably won't get worn.
Still waiting to find out what happened to the shirt... and why the shoes never shipped.
I really wish I would have read the reviews before buying from this site.
Be smart and read the reviews first.

I ordered April 25th an over the hedge shirt for my son with autism. Someone wrote me and said I don't own the copywrite and license for the picture being printed o the shirt? Like why would I have it if I am ordering from here, Then they said oh we found the maker and we are just now sending it to printing? They will rush it to me when its done, but still nothing? Its May 17 and my sons party is may 27th so hopefully it comes by then because this is a nightmare
I paid $21 for this ridiculous mask that I cannot even wear. It will in no way keep me or those around me safe. I would have returned it but between the restocking fee and shipping the refund isn't worth it. Save your money!
I ordered from this site once before and had an issue with how long it took to get my order. I saw a few different shirts on the site that I liked and decided to order again. I spent over $100 because I was in need of some more t shirts. My shirts took a month to get to me, and when I finally got them, I tried them on, and they don't fit AT ALL. The first order I placed I didn't have any issues with sizing and the clothes fit perfectly. I'm highly disappointed and will NOT be ordering from this website ever again. It was a complete rip off and I'm now left with 4 shirts I can't wear
I purchased from them previously, the quality was not great, print job only so-so and decided I would not buy their T-shirts again, no problem. I foolishly bought a mask and that has prompted me to write this review. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, when someone buys a mask it is a serious purchase, a life and death purchase. A company has a responsibility, if it is going to sell this product, to sell a product that has use-value. The "mask" I received was a piece of a t-shirt with a print on it; absolutely non-functional. Now, I have to begin looking again and given that everything, at best, now takes two weeks to get to you, I am a month out, at least. Do not buy their masks. This is not about money, this is about the fact that you are buying this mask to keep yourself safe and this product will not do that. It would be irresponsible of me to not alert others to that fact.
Customer service, at best, is semi-responsive. I ordered one of their masks they're selling to monetize the Pandemic. Shipping was 10 days. By the end of that having not received my mask I began inquiring. When they finally responded they said they wanted another 10 days for "production" on top of the 10 days they already had. That wasn't the original arrangement so I ask for a refund - like pulling teeth but I got it. They said they would produce and mail the mask anyway. Ok fine. When the mask arrived after a month it was the poorest quality with blurry imagery. On top of that it was nothing more than T-Shirt material and you had to tie it like an apron to stay on. That also was not in the description of the masks. I would never have bought a tie-on mask.

The shirt was really great quality-done really well. But we ordered a size too small. Sunday afternoon I emailed them and I got a reply that evening. They immediately gave me a gift card for the exact price of the shirt, including shipping, so I could get it again in a different size without messing around with returning the original!
I had an issue with the size of a hoodie. And Edwin Hernando took care of the issue gave me the right size and upgraded my shipping for free. They are an awesome company I love there product and will keep ordering from them. Thank u again Edwin you are awesome.
I had been emailing the company about my order which was not delivered for 5 months. There was no response except for advertising purposes. I thought that would be the end of my business with RageOn. Until Edwin Hernando responded. Edwin was very cordial in all of his responses. He was fast, supportive, and undertstood your predicament. He made an apology for what had happened to my order. He made a very good customer service impact on me. I look forward to ordering in the near future. Thank you very much.
I'm a real big guy, so I have limited options when I shop for shirts. I've been able to find my nonstandard sizes at RageOn with a decent selection, even if it doesn't include every shirt they offer in my size. They still offer plenty of choices at hard to find sizes, with the same quality. I've bought shirts for me, my wife, and family on this site, and my most recent purchase was washable, reusable face masks. My only complaint is that, despite over 1,000 choices, they didn't have NFL, MLB, or rock pattern masks that I was looking for. But, they took my feedback, and I hope that I will be purchasing more from them in the near future. I have not yet received the face masks that I just ordered, so feedback on the face mask quality will have to wait until later.
'Sweetish perfection, tanned nude blonde" shower curtain. Can not tell at a glance what it is a picture of and a certain intimate part which is one of the selling points is unrecognizable. It takes a while to realize it is even a woman. If the web site picture is a 10 on clarity, the actual shower curtain is at the very best a 2. I went and ordered 3 t shirts a week later> I am not filled with confidence on how they will be
So far pretty great experience with this brand, I had made a mistake with ordering my shirt. Which I wanted a Premium quality print, I had accidentally ordered a standard quality print. So before it got too late and they already began manufacturing the shirt I sent an email over to their customer service department. I got a message back within less than 5 minutes. The representative I talked to Edwin was very cordial and polite. Helped me with my issue immediately by issuing a refund and allowing me to repurchase the shirt. The refund hit paypal within less than 10 minutes and I was on my merry way.
So far pretty damn good company if you ask me, I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the near future for any unexpected DRIP CHECK HOURS I may encounter!
I ordered the wrong size jacket - thought this would be a horrible experience to return. Turned out they said keep the jacket then gave me a credit to order the right size. Without a doubt was ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES - EVER! Edwin Hernando - was beyond professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I just ordered 3 more items! I recently ordered a hoodie for my son. It arrived in just over a week, but unfortunately still to small even though I ordered 1 size bigger than he normally wears. The customer service was great. They were very fast to respond to my email and gave me a gift card to reorder the hoodie while keeping the original. Makes the extra taxes and shipping cost very worth it, the hoodie is really high quality.
Along with their amazing products, I noticed in my email that I had an old address for my things to be sent to. I was almost in a panic, but I messageed RageOn and got a reply almost immediately! They kept in contact the whole time and were able to fixe it immediately, before it was sent out. So many thanks and so much love to the company.
This company is full of $#*!, after some time, working with them we can tell one thing - you will get RIPPED.
At start it's all cool, with help etc BUT when you sell more they will "cut the prices" so you will get 0 royalties - ZERO or some spare change like 1,90 - they of course claim that it is item cost they cover - and they "build your brand" by that - yeeeaaaaah selling stuff worth 30USD MAX for 60USD paying us NOTHING, not even promoting items because WE DO IT OURSELF, and claiming it's for our "good"?
THOSE ARE THIEVES!

I ordered a sweater for my daughter's birthday but it ended up being too big. I had ordered her the smallest size so there wasn't an option to exchange it for a different size. I emailed the company and explained my situation. They responded right away and refunded my full amount, including the cost I paid for shipping, onto a giftcard for me. I was very pleased with the communication and the way they handled everything so quickly for me.
I ordered 2 shirts that were supposed to be all over print of Jesus walking on water. I don't know what is this crap that you guys sent me but it surely wasn't what you advertised! I just want a refund and a return address to send these crappy, 1 sided shirts back to! The picture I chose was very bright and vibrant and gorgeous! Not this pixelated 8 bit 1 sided crap! Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
