Don't do it, I order 3 items 2 mask 1 3stakz sweater. The picture the placement and size is so bad the color bleeds. Not to mention I've sent numerous of emails only to get them computer generated messages. I honestly wish I could get my money back for this sweater and the masks i never got. DON'T DO IT

I ordered my husband a shirt for fathers day in june 2020. Here it is the end of july 2020 and still havent recieved my order its been a month. I still haven't recieved a confirmation saying its been sent and no tracking number i will NEVER order from here again

I ordered a "blanket" that cost me over $70. It took over a month for them to send it to me and during that time I could not get anyone to answer my emails - OH, an GOD forbid you get a phone number for them that works!
The item finally came and it was a thin piece of felt with print on it. I am now trying to get them let me know how to return it. If I don't hear from them soon I will start litigation proceedings against them!

Horrible company

After over a month I have never received my order! Never received any order updates. Every time I have tried to contact the company by email all I get is an auto-responder. They do not answer the phone either. It is completely unethical to take someones money when you know you cannot fulfill the order.

Stay away from this company. We ordered several masks from various vendors, realized one never showed up (this one) so we ended up purchasing from another vendor who shipped in a timely manner. I have sent 3 requests for them to cancel the order but had no reply. All I get is spam email from them and updates about how covid is slowing things down for them. Here's an idea, don't take orders you can't fulfill, especially when its face masks during a global health crisis.

False Advertising

I ordered some Jason Vorhees masks and paid $20 to expedite the shipping. There was no expedited shipping and when the masks showed up they were generic throw away masks with nothing on them. I paid over $50 to get some cheap $#*! throw away masks!

This has to be the jankiest "company" EVER! I ordered a T-Shirt and paid extra to have it sent with the quickness due to it being a birthday gift. This piece of crap shirt that looks nothing like what's advertised arrived a month after I purchased. They are quick to take your money, slow to do everything else. I could've waited for the county fair to open for this piece of crap they call quality and spent ALOT less!

It's my fault that I didn't read the reviews first because "me oh my how we all sing the same tune!"

The size of the face on the mask would only work for a giant with a beachball head. It's sideways. So you have to put the loops around your neck and head. I'll never buy $hit from this store again!

Don't get scammed

Ordered a pair of onepiece Luffy swim shorts over 5 weeks ago. Money taken immediately still hasn't shipped. Several emails to customer service with no response of course.no responses fr voicemails. Do not use this site, don't get scammed for items you will never get.

Ordered on 5/20, it is now 6/20 and still no product or communication as to where it is. Spoke with a rep on 6/5 and was told an additional 7-10 days. That has come and gone and so I sent an email with no response back...

DO NOT click purchase! This is the most hideous, pixelated, cheap shirt I have ever seen. No point in trying to return it they charge you 15% on returns or only give you a store credit. I wouldn't order toilet paper from this company! Not to mention I place my order on 5/10/20 and just got it today 6/18/20, they actually sent me a survey on my a order a week earlier, where I told them I can't review what I never got. I'm sure that why they sent me the shirts. These shirts are trash I HATE them, $60 in the trash literally since that is where this garbage shirts are going.

Ordered some custom swim trunks and after 24 days still have not received a shipping notice. Emailed support twice and still have heard nothing. Does anyone even work here. I'm surprised there are this many good reviews. In my opinion rageon is terrible and a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else

I had an issue with my item once it arrived... contacted customer service & within hours received a response from Bea Solde.

Bea was courteous & very professional. With one email she had resolved the problem & a new item was being shipped to my home.

Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Took over a month to get any kind of an update, at that point I was told my shirts were just finished coming out of printing and this is without any confirmations or email updates etc.

At this point I had requested that the order was canceled and I was to get a refund back to my card.
The support agent tried to offer me free shipping and I declined and was firm on the cancellation.
2 days later I get an email, it states my order is on the way!...

I reached back out to support and the essentially said oops! It's to late and the best they can do is give me a gift card for their site (which I will never order from again) or I can keepthe product I tried to cancel and I would get a 30% refund after a 15% restock fee...

Wow, just wow... The worst customer support I have ever dealt with. Now I have 3 shirts on the way, still have yet to see them, despite efforts to cancel and I am still paying 55% of the order! By the time I see the shirts it will have been almost 2 months since I ordered these.

Avoid RageOn like a pandemic! Awful service and overall experience!

After well over one month since ordering, my package has still failed to arrive. USPS reports it was lost in a truck fire in Ohio. I've informed Rage-On of this situation twice, but to no avail.

Fully half of my four past orders through RageOn.com have had shipping delays or other issues. Great products with lousy shipping equates to lousy service. I won't be ordering here again..
