I ordered the fetish ball gag mask for laughs to wear at work. I received almost three weeks later and when I opened and looked at this horrid thing, I about died! Omg how they let this out of theIt facility is beyond me. Someone needs to be fired! It looks like it should belong to someone with an elephant sized head! It's not even close to being to form of the face. I looked like a pig with an apple in its mouth. I seriously never laughed so hard in my life. I'm going to request a refund and if they want this horrific thing back, they need to pay for that $#*! too.

I am a first time customer and I was looking for a BANDANNA for sweat and mask stuff. I found a really cool one and though I'd get it. Boy was I wrong and I already emailed support. Stay away if you want high quality or decent quality images. Stay away if you actually want a bandanna. These are not bandanna none of them. They are all made out a flag banner material and over side and print is off. They don't care because they are still getting the ones and turning it into digital credit when you want to return or don't like. So really they are getting paid for just pushing out tons of junk and losing customers and gaining new one's that don't know. That's how it stays a float. I'm sure it's a few people at home trying to do this all. But 20 bucks and waiting a month for a bandanna that wasn't even a banana is just plain wrong and fraudulent. They know it. But there's always loop holes hence why they still get a ways with it. I won't be returning it to wait for the right thing. I will be excepting a full replacement and no return. Because u am not waiting any longer. If not that's fine by me I will make sure and let the 5 million youtube subs find out about this place. That's the only way I can help.

I have 4 outstanding orders from RageOn. Love designs, they look good and are more unique. Read that it could take months to receive so I waited patiently and made the extra orders. First order was on June 28th. Didn't hear anything about it so I contacted RageOn. Service rep said that order probably got lost in picking and packing and that I had three options. Refund, store credit or wait another 17-25 business days for them to ship out. This was after I got an email regarding another order that contained 2 items they apparently no longer had the art for. I asked about the other 3 orders (2 from July 17th and one around July 25th) and never got another reply. Tried to contact them again and got nothing! I'm not sure this is a legit company. If so, they are terrible! I would never recommend RageOn to anyone.

If you place an order expecting the typical 10-14 day turn-around, you'll be disappointed. Surely, RageOn is not your typical t-shirt vendor, nor are their t-shirts typical. When I found the t-shirt I wanted for my wife's birthday gift, it was SO VERY well detailed I was giddy to pay whatever the cost! It arrived more than 30 days after I ordered it.(I should have read the fine print.) When it finally arrived and my wife opened the package, she was floored! It is really a beautiful shirt! The best gift I've given her in the last 5 years - including Christmas!

I ordered a tshirt on June 9th for my husband. July 9th the order had still not shipped and when I inquired I received a generic email of excuses. The shirt arrived today August 3rd and words don't describe the shirt. The print is blurry, the size is much smaller than expected. Here's the kicker... the shirt was suppose to be green. They dyed the front green and left the back white. What the heck? The stitching is loose and there are white creases on the front where the dye didn't get to. Just brutal! If the masks are this quality we are all in big trouble.
