The shirt was printed on the front and not the back due to the way you order. One side or two sides. Being a new customer this made it difficult and really hard to understand the product purchase. Just sell a shirt in the colors you advertise and make it easy.
The item look way to long to arrive. Looks nothing like the description. Print is terrible looks like it was cropped and inlarged in paint. Really beyond dissapainted. Never again.
Had a bad experience the first time, just hope this one comes out looking like the pic this time hopefully
My "sweater" arrived today. No tags defining the type of material but all I can say is that it is a thin, cheap material with tacky printing quality and I can't believe they are charging this much for such poor quality products.
I would be nice if the different shipping methods gave some kind of time frame.
Placed an order and forgot to apply my free shipping code. Reached out to customer service and Edwin Hernando responded within minutes and he refunded the shipping cost so I didn't have to place a new order. This made it so easy and I appreciated his efforts. Will definitely purchase from again. They have amazing customer service and want to make their customers happy!

Worst print purchase I have ever made. I ordered 8 shirts and 1 mask.
I received 7 shirts. 8th shirt never arrived. Quality level of the shirts was basement level garbage.
Shirt sizing was Europe sizing not North America.
As for print quality: all the shirts are HEAVILY PIXELATED. Very low resolution images. Print color is super dull even on white shirts. It's like this company just started printed yesterday and have ZERO idea of what print quality is acceptable to ship clients. As soon as they saw how these shirts came out they should have refunded the customer.
I contacted customer service well over two months ago with ZERO response. No response AT ALL. Eventually got the mask, but it's dreadful. They printed the design sideways.
Still no 8th shirt.
I have no idea how this company is still in business. Don't give them a dime. It's like throwing money out your window.

DO NOT BUY! BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered 4 items and only received 1 item because they didnt have 3 items. The sale was finalized on my card and when I asked to be reimbursed for money taken out of my acct for items they didnt have I was then told by customer support that they can only reimburse me with a store giftcard. #1 I either should of been notified they arent buyable. #2 I should of been notified that they wouldn't be in my order that is being delivered to me #3 if what I wanted to buy wasnt available why am I still being charged and offered a giftcard instead. This is ridiculous, I ordered those shirts for my nephews birthday so now I have to scramble to get something else together. And I absolutely do not want a giftcard. I want my money that was taken from my account. That isnt right. The company cannot charge my card for things you guys didn't even have and then tell me I can have it back in store credit. I should of never been charged if you guys didnt have it. If this is how this is going to go then I wont be making anymore purchases from the website and will surely share this experience with others. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. If I was to call the better business bureau I'm sure they'd agree that this is unacceptable. I expect a refund to my debit card I paid with.
The fabric the tank is printed on is the softest and best feeling material I have ever put on. I don't feel any irritation on any part of my body, the quality of the art is fantastic as well. I highly recommend buying from rageon. If for some reason the material is itchy or the art is misprinted, the support team is very helpful and will assist you.
This is my second order very satisfied with the Quality of the sweatshirt and graphic design great..
Its been 5weeks and still havent had an update on my purchase. ETA (Considering Covid-19 delays) is 15-20days but i havent even had an update tried contacting but there isnt a phone to this website. Now i cant even get my money back.

The quality of the shirt is great as expected. Even though I had a bit of issues with the shipping, it was expected and not surprising due to the pandemic. But the RageOn staff came through and assisted me and resolved my issue. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs custom apparel.

I ordered 2 swimsuits on April 12 2020 I was told due to Covid shipping was running 35 days
Its been 3 months now no emails I didn't get a email with my order number. But they took money out of my account. Their customer service won't contact me. It cost me money to learn a lesson.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
