Rage On shirts have amazing designs and I always have people complementing me on them and asking where I got them! If there is ever an issue, like if I need to check the status of an order or whatever it may be, customer service is incredible! Michael has especially helped me out a lot and even given me a discount on a future order because of the delay. I plan on ordering do many more shirts from Rage On and always seem to have some in my cart. And they make great gifts! Highly recommend this company!
I was getting a little weary of getting my items in time of when I needed them and sent them a message about it. They were very quick with their responses and gave me the peace of mind I needed for this one and future orders.
I love this site/app because of the fabric of the shirts! They feel so good one the skin an they look even better, only issues are the manufacturers. Sometimes they misprint items and STILL send it out. I feel if they focused more on the details and placements it would be perfect. Also someone should be hired to double check each order is printed correctly to limit the misprints and up the satisfaction.
The customer service is top notch on the other hand so that's a plus! They handled any complaints I had swiftly and professionally. I guess it balances out.
The shipping does take a little long but it's worth it, if there was a way to cut shipping time without jeopardizing quality you guys will be unstoppable!
Another thing that would be cool on the app is to be able to edit the design after it was already posted. But no rush that's just an idea.

I had a question about the status of my order. I contacted customer service and within 30 minutes of my original message my problem was resolved and was given a 30% discount off a future order as goodwill.
First of all, I have a hoodie from RageOn and FOUR people stopped me on the street to ask where I got it when I was shooting a music video in NY last week. In the past I've received items from RageOn that were imperfect due to a manufacturing error. Both times they offered to either replace and reprint the item or provide a gift card for the value of the imperfect item. I had trouble finding a hoodie I'd seen a few months earlier, and customer service located it for me right away.
Ordered a Camila Cabello shirt and had an issue twice but both times Edwin Hernando gave me nothing less than excellent customer service. He was quick to respond and understood my issuses so now I have no doubt I definitely will buy from Rage On again. Something Camila Cabello related because I love her. 5 stars for you Edwin.
I ordered shirts that were not quite accurate in sizing. After some conversation regarding my concern, which the response was immediate, Edwin worked hard to rectify the mishap and make things right. I am appreciative of his efforts, and I hope that my input was helpful to him also.
Overall, I would refer others to this site on the strength that he put the customer first despite the initial disagreement. This allows me to feel comfortable in purchasing from here again.

I purchased a shirt for my son and it was small. After emailing the company I received a prompt response! The exchange process was easy. Just waiting for the larger size to arrive.
I bought a t-shirt from them. Not only did the shirt take several weeks to come, but there was no update on the site and customer service had no info either. When I finally received the t-shirt, the quality was appalling - the image resolution was so low the pixels were the size of peas. I reached out to customer service and never got a response. STAY AWAY
Any kind of shirt you want they either have or can make. That includes on your choice of apparel to have it on from shoes to shirt sweater, etc. Worth the wait and response to my updated wait was accurately resolved & CS was good overall. Next time I need a specific shirt I know where to go. Material is comfortable and don't find that quality in other stores.
Beyond excellent customer service! I ordered a really unique Gibson T-shirt to be sent to a friend at his address and for some reason it picked up my address. I emailed Rage On right away and Edwin Hernando corrected it immediately! I would recommend this website to everyone!
I certainly can understand that things happen. My order was delayed and I contacted customer service asking the whereabouts of my order. In a couple of days there was a tracking number with a gift card for the inconvenience and I'm currently waiting for it to arrive at my doorstep. Quick response and made things right. I ordered a pair of leggings and when they arrived they were constructed differently from the picture on the website. I emailed RageOn and they responded very quickly and issued a refund immediately. I'll consider ordering in the future but would like to see actual product photos on their site instead of in accurate digital renderings. Their customer service is prompt and excellent.
The website wasn't very clear on shipping when ordering so I reached out to a rep directly to ask. He said most orders take at least 8-10 days to process, and I needed my shirt within 7 days! Edwin made it happen for me, the shirt made it on time for the show on Saturday and we had one VERY happy birthday boy! Thank you RageOn!
I had ordered a T-shirt with a Pokémon print on it for an event which I wanted to wear it to. I placed the order 2 weeks before this event. Later on I found out that even if their headquarters are located in the U.S. apparently, where they get their T-shirts mass-produced and printed comes from Europe. I was worried then my t-shirt wouldn't arrive on time for what I wanted. As it turns out it didn't arrive on time. However, during the whole situation I was emailing them of how I needed it on time and if the item was eligible for a refund should it not arrive and they said yes. When the shirt arrived late since I mentioned a specific date, I was going to return it for a refund since it had lost its purpose given that the event passed 3 days before the shirt's arrival. Once I emailed the same person for help, he said that for the trouble they would let me keep the shirt and refund the money so that was very kind of them. The shirt itself looked exactly as I ordered it so it wasn't bad either. Bottom line is, if you want to order from this site and you need it urgent I suggest order within almost 3 weeks of anticipation because do not expect a speedy delivery for standard shipping from them given that the product firstly is made in Europe then sent to the States and in my experience I got what I ordered meaning it didn't look different from the picture. I'd probably rate this higher had it arrived on it because the customer service was nice and relatively quick to respond.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
