Never order here again
January 8, 2017

Ordered 2 sweatshirts for my daughter for Christmas. Ordered on December 13 got email on 29th saying order shipped have got no swetshirts. Then i look up tracking info it wasnt very helpful at all if this place is in ohio my tracking say being shipped out of Poland?

I wrote to them and no response. I order items well in time for Christmas. Just got an email Jan 3rd that it was shipped. NEVER again. I will also make sure no one I know orders from them!

Absolutely awful service. I ordered a Christmas onesy in mid November to wear at two Christmas parties in late December. It is now January 6th, and it still has not arrived. On December 22nd I sent them an email asking to cancel and heard nothing back. I recieved an email yesterday, January 5th, stating that the order had been shipped and they cant cancel now. Are you kidding? I dont need the $#*!ty sweater/onesy anymore. I paid for expedited shipping which cost an extra $20. Expedited? It has been almost two months! Horrible service

I am incredibly unhappy with my experience with your website. I ordered a shirt for my brother in-law on December 5th for Christmas. On the 23rd, I still hadn't received it so I sent an email inquiring about it. The person asked for my order number, which I supplied, and I didn't hear anything back. Until 11 days later when someone sent me a tracking number. No explanation. No apology. I expressed my frustration in response to this email, and received an email that only said, "Looks like they responded below." This is their customer service? Are you kidding me? Now here we are, a month later, and I STILL haven't received my order. Not only that, but I followed the tracking number link, and it was last updated on the 24th of December saying my order was in Poland. Is this even a legitimate company? I am going to copy this and send it on to the Better Business Bureau and write as many reviews as I can

BUYER BEWARE! This company ships products overseas and their packages are held up in customs for an inextricable amount of time, potentially indefinitely. Their guarantee to deliver in time for the holidays was complete false advertising and their customer service offers no value, discount and continues it's deceptive practices. My package has been sitting for over a month in Poland customs with no movement. It's a pair of socks!

If your intention was to ruin the holidays this season for those looking to purchase in confidence, you have succeeded.

Would not recommend

My mom ordered me a sweatshirt, leggings, and shoes a week before Christmas. On Christmas Day we got an email that said it had been shipped. As of today, January 5. There has been no progress. When I put the tracking number into the usps website, it says its in China. It says it's being prepared. The status hasn't changed since Christmas Day. My mom is calling to cancel the order tomorrow. That order was the majority of my Christmas present. Very disappointing.

Christmas sweater arrived January 5th after ordering 3 weeks before Christmas (Dec 7th)... not even a simple email to tell me the item would arrive late. I thought it would take 5-7 days to ship, not a month! I wish I could give negative stars. Great shirts though.

Edit: Previously I had given them a single star because their lateness was unforgivable. However, upon receiving the shirt, I complained to their staff and received a $45 shirt and a $4 sticker absolutely free! Also, they are great quality and amazing prints!

Just like everyone else, the Christmas present I ordered in late November just arrived today (January 5th). After much anticipation, my son and I were terribly disappointed that the socks I ordered were of sub par quality. I am a slim woman and I wear a size 8 shoe. These socks didn't even fit me.The material is not stretchy and because of that, they fit like the tightest pair of compression socks ever. When I looked at the return policy, if they decide to approve my refund, I have to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee. There is no way to contact this company, and on the website in the comment section, I am unable to leave a comment. I think this is a fraudulent company, and I would never recommend anyone to place an order here.

I placed an order for a Chirstmas gift on Dec 1 for my 10 year old that begged for this sweater. The website stated it would arrive before Christmas, according to that worthless counter on their website. I'm highly upset that on Christmas day he couldn't open the only gift he has actually asked for. I was told it shipped on the 14th of Dec and was happy to think it would arrive on time, even though he never answered my second, which was would it arrive on time. To my surprise it shipped from Poland and that's why they totally ignored my question! As of January 5th, 2017 the package is still somewhere in Poland. Your company lies destroyed so many customers Christmas holiday.

I reached out to the company on Facebook after having no luck with email (just generic responses with no real, helpful information), and finally got a prompt response. The girl gave me her personal email, told me to contact her directly with any other questions, concerns, or desire for exchange or refund. She also gave me a date to expect my order. She was very helpful and friendly. I have had good experiences with this company in the past. Don't know what happened with all these Christmas orders!

BEWARE! Paid $70 for shirt plus expedited shipping, got a tracking # 3 weeks later but package has not moved in 2 weeks. Customer service is always voice mail and they never return calls.

I ordered a huge order for Christmas Gifts back in November 2016 and still have not received order - The excuse I was given is "it is stuck in customs" and they have no idea when I will get my order. Shipping from Poland! WTF! - Just horrible service and customer service.

I initially gave this company 1 star because I had ordered 2 Christmas T-shirts 3 weeks prior to Christmas day and it took almost 2 months for the shirts to finally arrive, despite the website and confirmation e-mail saying that my order was expected to arrive prior to Christmas Day. My shirts, according to the tracking number, were stuck in Poland for weeks before the shirts finally arrived. I was told to contact customer service regarding the issue and everything ended up working out better then expected. Customer service was very understanding and apologized for everything, explaining that the delay in orders over the holidays were due to logistics issues in Poland (something that I still dont understand, which is why I am giving them 4 stars). I ended up getting a full refund, and when the shirts finally arrived they were mine to keep. The shirts are amazing, and better quality then I was expecting. In the end, this company redeemed itself for me, and I will definitely order from them again, but take into account the long processing and shipping times. I was compensated fairly for their mistake (better than most companies would), and I am happy with the outcome, even though I cant wear the shirts for another 11 months.

I just found about this site 2 months ago and their products look really awesome and I need to see and try it for myself, a bit skeptic at first because of some bad reviews (who doesn't have one?) but finally ordered my first tee. My overall experience was indeed A. W. E. S. O. M. E. - from their product down to their customer service! Good job RageOn!
