Absolutely agree! We order our Nov 24th, and finally received some info this past week. I finally see that the item is shipped & freaking coming from Warsaw, Poland. Why oh why is a company that advertises it is in the U. S, but uses a company from overseas to make the product. Trying to contact someone or get any sort of response is a joke. We to have felt like we are being taken by a scam. It has been over 4 weeks, I am hopeful that I will have our items by the 6th week. If not we will dispute it w/ the credit card company.
I had ordered for the first time from this company and it took forever. I emailed them and they informed me because it was international it would take long. Reluctantly came to the fact I would just have to wait. While waiting they offered to send me a free sweater and I was happy about that. Soon after almost 2 months of waiting I have finally received my item. Relieved and excited... until I opened and examined my onesie. I ordered a S size and it still seemed a little big but that wasn't the disappointment. The print was not of good quality. Nothing like the picture. It is too pixelated. Poor quality image. Just a big let down. I don't even want to wear it you can barely tell what it even is
Ordered custom Tees and Sweatshirts from RageOn and very pleased with the experience. Great quality and very helpful customer service. Definitely will order from them again! If you want customize products, this is the place to go!
I had a really frustrating time ordering Christmas gifts from Rageon... I actually ended up receiving the wrong order twice. Eventually I realized I wouldn't be getting the stuff I wanted by Christmas so I cancelled and got a refund.
After the holidays settled down a bit, someone from Rageon reached out to me and was very apologetic about the whole thing. She understood how frustrating it was and offered to send my items to me anyway (free of charge). She was really helpful and wanted to remedy the situation as best she could. I'm a fan of good customer service, so Shana gets two big thumbs up in my book.
They don't answer their phone and don't answer their email. On Dec 9th, I ordered two pair of leggings for my girlfriend and was told that they'd be here for Christmas. They still haven't shipped and, quite frankly, I'm starting to wonder if they ever will. They sure as hell wasted no time in charging my credit card, though! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
**update** Shana, the customer service manager, contacted me shortly after I posted this review and was very helpful in seeing that I got my items in a timely manner. They didn't arrive by Christmas, but they did finally arrive. Major thanks and kudos to Shana for her great care to my situation. I'll add one star just for her excellence.

Ordered two all over printed shirts... they didn't press it right, so they printed on the folds. I contacted Shana, and she was more than happy to help, and even rush an order so it'll make it here before Xmas. I appreciate the excellent customer service. And if my order comes in with the expectations I have, I'll be looking forward to ordering more :).

I really enjoy their wide selection of unique clothing, but their shipping time is simply not on par with any other online clothing retailer. I understand they make the garments when you order them, but even after my order was made and "shipped," the tracking still showed that it was being prepared for shipment well past the alleged shipping date. This is a bit dishonest in my opinion and could be devastating for anyone trying to order in time for Christmas or a birthday. Only order if you are willing to wait several weeks.
I had some troubles with my first order not all arriving since they came in separate shipments from china. However the quality of the products made me come back for more! I am reviewing on my second order where I received the most impeccable customer service from Shana. I had placed a large order for Black Friday and couldnt find where to put the discount code- before I knew it I was cashed out and given my confirmation code. I was stunned, having missed my 45% off code I paid an extra $276. I immediately wrote the company an email requesting that they refund my order the percentage advertised. I got lost in the shuffle but was persistent and tried 3-4 times to email and call the company. Finally a saving grace named Shana came to my rescue. She addressed my concern emailed me that she would fix it and refunded my funds through PayPal. And just like that all my concerns were gone! Now if only I knew if I was going to receive the whole order by Christmas?!?

I was getting absolutely no where with the customer service emails after my order had not shipped after ordering it a month ago. I was totally frustrated and lost. As a last resort I tried calling the main line assuming the worst but when Ryan picked up I immediately felt better. He was calm and collected and assured me we would figure it out which HE did. He went above and beyond and a similar item in stock to ship to me ASAP as I needed it for a gift exchange happening in 4 days. THANK YOU RYAN! I had given up hope for RageOn but you restored my faith.
The T-shirts are hilarious, I have purchased about 5 of them now. I recently ordered a shirt, but could not get my friend to send me his address before the coupon timer ran out. Once he sent it, I sent it over to RageOn! And they were pretty chill about my mess up. It was much appreciated. I love their stuff, and will continue to get dope shirts from this company.

I can't say enough good things about this company! When I went to check my order, I found out I had deleted the email accidentally. I called and spoke to Shayna who was happy to find and resend the info. My girlfriend loved the shirt, so I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
I recently placed an order with this company and didn't realize I had missed a 20% off coupon. I emailed them asking if they could apply that to my already placed order. Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.

If you receive a tracking number and it says "preparing shipment" that is because USPS is clearing it in customs. That is out of RageOn's hands sadly as we cannot have them release packages early.
