I placed an order on December 8th and it is now January 11th and I have not received my order. I have sent over 10 messages contacting customer support asking what is going on with my order and all I have ever gotten back is "we will check on it" and nothing else after that. I have also sent messages asking for a refund (money has been taken out of my account since December 8th) and I also got the same "we will check on your order reply. Not even addressing the fact that I requested a refund. I don't know what else to do other than file a report against them. It seems that they have no intention of refunding me or getting my item to me. Worst online shopping experience I have had in my whole life. And seeing all these other reviews of similar things happening to other people, it is shocking that this company is still in business.
Love the shirt designs! Creative, funny, different. I ordered the shirts in a Large as I am in between a Medium and Large with most companies. The shirts were a little big and customer service was more than happy to assist with exchanging the shirts! Super happy with the company and excited to buy more product from them!
I had a good experience with customer service when RageOn accidentally sent me the wrong size shirt. They asked me to send back the incorrect shirt with a prepaid shipping label, and they also sent the correct size to me promptly, and with no fuss. I appreciated that.
Awesome! Miau :) Got lots of compliments on the slopes! Cat face mask is super sweet. I would definitely recommend it for dryer days though, as it gets a bit hard to breath trough once its soaked. Sticker made it through 3 degree weather and still holding on tight.
I purchased 4 items and 1 wasnt sent. They responded quickly and sent my item before christmas. The customer service was prompt and polite.
RageOn! Is not only a place to shop, but a place to check out merely for eye pleasures. On one such eye vacation, in the AMAZING sale section, a hat caught my eyes. It was bright pink, and boldly says "BASS." Being a bassist, I knew what I needed to do. For less than the cost of a burrito I definitely didn't need to eat, I was able to make this hat mine. Thanks RageOn! For making my weird and loud style a reality. I'll be adding more to my collection soon.

Rage on treated me extremely well! I was shocked how quickly their product came in the mail during the holiday season! They sent a free sticker as well, which I thought was a cool touch! High quality product as well!
When I first came across the products offered by RageOn, I was immediately obsessed. I ordered a 3D Beyoncé to wear at her concert, & since I was sitting in the front of one of the stages she ACTUALLY saw my shirt & pointed out me & nodded while giving me a thumbs up. I died immediately after that moment. After that I have ordered a 3D cat shirt as a Christmas gift. The quality of the printing on these shirts cannot be matched & cannot be replicated by anyone else. I will continue to use RageOn for any unique items that will make me stand out among the rest. I ordered a shirt November 25th 2016 and I finally received it today January 10th 2017! I called and called and called when I realized the package was in Poland and wasn't moving(they never warned me about it shipping internationally). I left three voicemails before I finally got a call back and all I was told was "yea it's probably stuck in customs" gee thanks! Nothing was done and nothing has been done about it. So I tried emailing the company to which I got one reply after sending 6 emails! I was told I can get a refund when I receive the shirt! I feel absolutely cheated DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Ordered 4 items recieved 2 the blanket that i ordered i thought would b decent for $65.00 it is a thin sheet blanket Very disappointed! 2 items i ordered i still haven't received sweatshirt & socks have sent e-mails no response Never again!

RageOn has $#*!ing awesome products. I didn't even know how badly I wanted some of these designs until I saw them. I got a bunch of full print shirts, a sweater, some face masks, and a bathing suit. All the products are high quality and look pretty much exactly like the pictures. Shirts are hella soft too.
It's also super convenient that they let you pay with Amazon pay instead of giving them your credit card directly - yay for security!
Unfortunately, I could not check on the status of any of my orders and they only use USPS, which is always a $#*!ing hassle. Support was helpful and prompt, however.
I also ran into some weird issues with logging into my account since it seems to create one for you automatically if you use amazon pay before signing up. But you have to reset the password before you can log in and it uses the email attached to your amazon account.
Honestly is totally worth it, i love the designs and the quality is not bad at all. Although they do need to check the package delivery service to mexico since usps is pretty unprofessional when it comes to my country.
I'll admit, I was a little annoyed it took some time for my cat mask to arrive, but I also understand: It's the holidays, they have a sh*t load of awesome products, and this stuff takes time to make (try reading some disclaimers). I still managed to be reached out to by Ryan M and he made any doubt I had OBSOLETE! So please, buy buy buy, and just be patient.
Some of the return policies are surprisingly stringent, but they also want their customers to be happy. The individuals that I worked with on a return problem were smart and paid attention to the details. They listened and we came to a very good resolution in a short period of time.
First I just wanted to say that when I saw so many "1 star" reviews I had to take a moment to read them. The majority of them seem to be that people are annoyed that the items are taking so long to produce and ship out. I feel those reviews are unwarranted as each product states how long the product takes to produce and ship. Production and shipping does take quite a long time and I hope they work on that, but to hold such anger for a company because you failed to read the product details is just silly.
Anyway.
I've ordered multiple items from Rageon and absolutely love every item I've received. I've never gotten so many compliments, never been laughed at so much, and never had my friends say "oh yeah that's definitely a paul shirt" so many times. The vast majority of the shirts and other apparel are great conversation starters. My "Shocked Cat" sweater and "Mr T's Iced Tea with Ice Cubes" t-shirt have gotten dozens of compliments, and those are just the ones strangers decided to go out of their way to tell me!
I will continue to order from rageon when I see something catch my eye and I hope that people can overlook those negative reviewers that have gotten too used to the "2 day shipping" from a certain website, that anything longer than that infuriates them.
Keep up the great work Rageon and work on those production times;)

I placed my first order for a *ready to ship* item a few days after Christmas and received it within a week of placing my order. I live in the US, and used their standard shipping. I can't speak to shipping times for out of country orders or items that aren't ready to ship at the time of purchase, but for a domestic shipping ready-to-ship order, I was pretty pleased with the delivery time. The design looked just like it did on the website, and I've got another order in progress with them currently.
My experience with RageOn was awesome! Ordered a product available to ship and it arrived within a week! The quality of the item was a 5 as well as the time for it to ship to me!
I ordered one shirt in the beginning on December, although website said I'd get it before christmas, Its January 8 and not even a tracking number yet. I tell.the company, I DON'T WANT THE SHIRT, JUST REFUND MY MONEY.
THEY TELL ME THAT, THERE GOING TO SEND THE SHIRT ANYWAY, WITH A WEBSITE WHERE I HAVE TO PRINT OFF A PIECE OF PAPER, MAIL IT BACK TO THEM TO EVEN START MY REFUND PROCESS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
