First I want to say Thank You to c/s rep Michael Loyal. Without his patience and support this order experience would have been a disaster. Would have given 5 stars but due to poor responses (from 2 other c/s reps) I would not want to order from them again. So fortunately I came across Michael and he made things right! So yes I will be ordering again for I love their products.
Unfortunately for this order there was a printing issue (which I was not made aware of until I got a hold of Michael). And this was why my order took little over a month to receive.
One of the items I purchased wasn't correctly printed. I contacted the customer service via Facebook and they gave me a gift card in the same amount.
This company when above and beyond to help me. Their Customer Support team was extremely fast and incredibly helpful. I emailed them and within a few mins. I had all the answers I needed to be able to complete my order and get the most out of my dollar.
I highly recommend this company.

Got 2 sweaters with premium shipping had a few questions about them and i sent them an email at 830pm and they still got back within 20min and answerd all my questions.

Your products will come within the window of 8 weeks to never. Try talking to Customer Service for a refund and all they keep saying is to wait and keep checking the tracking. Meanwhile the tracking is going backwards! The product was in my home state and now it's back in Poland... Same responses every time, just wait. No real people, just automated responses. Such a joke.
I love RageOn for my business. Ive partnered with them through my own designs on their platform and through RageOn! Connect. I recently had a problem and it was handled above expectations, even with my lack of communication they went over and above!

This company was very fast accurate and concerned with how their customers feel. My only thing is with the owner of the product that the back of the shirt should also be yellow considering it was $50 just so fully matched yellow on yellow even if no image was on the back for $50 teaspoon of yellow dye should have been a demand by the owners of this image. But that has no reflection of this company they do as they're hired to do thank you all for the fast fast fast delivery order date to in my mailbox was 7-nine days..
I wish I could give them 0 stars! The absolute worst POD service available. I only had 6 orders and 4 of them were wrong... Hole you could reach through in the hoodie pocket. Logo on inside collar even though I payed not to have them. Graphic I submitted blown up way too big (looked terrible on the hoodie) Sent a customer of mine leggings that looked like a mans gentiles instead of the hummingbird leggings she ordered. Even the few that were correct look like crap. They have graphic seams on the sleeves. Don't waste your time or money with these losers because there are way better apps out the for POD. If you read ex Rageon employee reviews on other sites you will see that the 5 star reviews here were forced to be made by the employees themselves.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.

Try using your own personal Facebook page to let everyone know what products you are offering. Make sure to stay consistent with your posts!
