I order a t shirt and never recieved it. I contacted rage on and gave a different shipping address to send another t shirt and it wasnt shipped to address. So I paid for a shirt I have yet to receive asked for a refund and never got a respond its ridiculous.
I placed an order for a hoodie and a T-shirt on 11/30. It was for a Christmas gift. On 12/13 I still hadn't received the product. I reached out to customer service and was advised it was in customs and I would receive it by Christmas. 2 days before Christmas and I still hadn't received my order. I reached out to customer service and they were great. They got back to me within 24 hours, I was given the option of having the product remade and reshipped, or a store credit. I didn't want either. The customer service rep provided me with a full refund to my bank account which I received 2 days later. I know this company is getting a lot of bad reviews and I am sorry for your experience. I am disappointed that I never got the product, but very pleased with customer service. Unfortunately, becuse they are over seas, I would not order again.
I ordered something Dec 3 and it's still not here. Do not trust this site! I would give them a zero if I could.
I ordered an obscure Beastie Boys item. The product quality was top shelf. I got us off to a somewhat troublesome start: I forgot we placed our order, ordered the same product again, and contacted Customer Service to ask for help. Almost immediately, I received a personal message from a genuine person. He cancelled our duplicate order and removed the shipping cost from the first order to thank us for our business. My product just arrived, beautiful and two days earlier than originally scheduled. RageOn rocks!
Production time took longer than stated but Michael from customer service was great at checking on it for me. If the product quality & design is good I'll definitely order from them again, even knowing it takes a while.
Since my last review on Rage on, I have been e - mailed. They have apologized, refunded my money and sent the item as well. I was very pleased with the item. I do understand mistakes happen so I will give them a five star based on the quality of the t-shirt was excellent. They refunded my money very quick and I received the item very quickly after the e - mail.
Not only are they actually responsive to me messages, they quickly corrected an error I made! Faith in online only stores, restored!

Not only does this company have a ton of awesome shirts they also take care of their customers really well. One of my orders didn't come out right and they had me handled and happy within like 18 hours, if that.
I didn't receive my items. I ordered a month ago, and paid for expedited shipping. All good reviews are paid for- just look on Glassdoor and previous employees confirm this. Stay away.
These are the most caring people I know I thought I was ordering one thing an order something Elsa. So they cancel my order an they didn't have to they did it for my child to have a smile on his face Christmas day. I will continue to order from them.

Beautiful, comfortable clothes. Excellent at setting my expectations appropriately for delivery and v responsive customer service. They were even kind enough to give me a gift card when one of the shirts I ordered didn't print correctly. I'm looking forward to buying more in the future and I'm surprised by how smoothly they operate during the Holidays!
Keep getting same bs reply from customer service. Order is already late and theyre guaranteeing Xmas delivery by placing an order within the 10th of December. I've placed mine and got it confirmed the 28th of November and still no further updates. I thought I'd be safe ordering almost a month before Xmas, but at this rate it looks like people are going without presents. All of their guarantees and deadlines are lies... If there isn't swift resolution I will call for a refund, this is 2018 and customer service/satisfaction should be key.
Since stores do not have this size tootsie roll in the stores anymore, I look forward to ordering these. Great as a treat or to give someone that is amazed to see this size tootsie roll. They are always soft and fresh upon delivery.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
