It was a good experience except for how long my order got held up but once I emailed customer service they responded right back and I got my hoodie shortly after that.

I ordered some items for my 12yr old daughter for Christmas, one of the three items wasn't quite what I expected but through no fault of their own and when I contacted customer service, they responded almost immediately and were more than helpful throughout our entire communication and resolved my issue with a friendly and efficient manner, I wasn't expecting such great customer service if i'm honest as I had never ordered from Rageon before but again, I couldn't be happier with the service and the team that dealt with me. The other 2 items were perfect if not better than expected! I am a very very happy customer!

The thing that pissed me off so much is I'm being hit with emails saying get order in by this date to have before Christmas. That was the week of December the 6th. I submitted my order on the 6th and still have yet to get my order. On top of that I traveled for the holidays to another state so I had them ship to my mothers address trusting it would get to me before Christmas like they said. Yeah still hasn't arrived I'm back in my state I'm living still waiting on the order to arrive to my mothers to ship to me only to ship it out to the respected recipients of the gifts. Then dealing with them in customer service they were a head ache also. They have no live line. Makes sense they'd probably be ringing off the hook with pissed off customers. And the products come from Warsaw, Poland. I hope I didn't order stuff made in a sweat shop. The only thing they did me right was comping my order for me after all the $#*!ing I did because I feel it was extremely wrong for them to market that orders placed by a certain date would arrive before Christmas when I was later alerted once my order has shipped it could take 7-15 days to get through customs. Yeah if I would have been told that before placing the order I never would have wasted my time in early December getting 4 gifts from them for friends and family. And they are a joke when I placed that order I got an email thanking me for the order since it was my first order which it wasn't they gave me a 20% off on my next purchase. Yeah they do not have their $#*! together. They are all about the money and don't care about the consumer at all. So with this review I doubt I'll get the 25% discount but I really don't care. I'm just trying to forewarn any potential future customer to be mindful of a month plus wait time on getting the order. Ha too funny i had to check a box to certify they hadn't offered any incientives well that's a lie they did and they probably wish they didn't.

Placing the order

1. I ordered a shirt at the beginning of Dec. As a Xmas present. It didn't arrive until Dec. 31. (this after getting multiple newsletter emails (after placing my order) saying..."place your order now and get it before xmas").

2. I never received an actual invoice when I received the "thank you for your order" email.

After getting my order

1. The item received is not as pictured on their website.The image on their website (left image in 1st photo) did not come close to what I received (right image in 1st photo). Top right of image (which was key to the image) was completely cut off by the sleeve. The bottom of the image was also cut right off.

2. The edge of the printed image left a very visible black line on the sleeve.

3. The item received is clearly a small image that has been enlarged and therefore is very pixelated which suggests the owner of the original image (Jonna Piltti not Style_Design) did not give permission for reproduction and it was taken off the Internet and enlarged. Jonna has since confirmed that RageOn did not have permission to print this image. Only Threadless had permission to print this image in a t-shirt.

4. Tried contacting them multiple times after this for a refund and did not receive a reply.

This process has been my worst experience dealing with a company on-line.

Avoid them like the plague.

My daughter ordered a custom Coheed and Cambria shirt and she loves it, it is a beautiful shirt and well-made! A+++++ I will definitely use them again!

Literally took 2 in a half months just to finally receive my custom t-shirt. Once arrived, it wasn't even what I ordered. My custom shirt was roughly $40 to purchase since it was a double sided photo on the front and back, apparently there "premium" (best) custom shirts you can buy. The one that I have received wasn't even what I ordered in the first place! Secondly, the cost for it would have been there standard shirt which costs roughly $22. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE BEEN GOING DOWNHILL FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW!

They don't stand behind their product

Yep after countless request to speak to anyone at rage on they refuse to speak to me directly, or provide me with info on where to ship my blurry hoodie. Thanks rage on you made my wife cry because she trusted you with helping her find the perfect Christmas gift and you sent a burry hoodie and then did the dissappearing act, great business ethics.

Wife ordered something beginning of December didn't arrive till after Christmas, the quality is horrible and we can't get ahold of rage on now. I believe all positive reviews are fake and paid for use extreme caution before using rage on. Now that I've posted this review this is rage ons last chance to make this right, I will update this review if this issue ever gets adressed

Poor description

I was so excited when I saw the design I've always wanted... Which was a fierce looking Honeybadger in a BJJ Gi, when I got it was totally surprised that it was a woman's cut shirt. When I reached out to the company they stated that yes it was a woman's shirt although nowhere did it state that on their site. And they wouldn't be replacing it since they sent what I had ordered

I ordered 3 custom made shirts two weeks before Christmas. Today is January 5th still have not received getting the run around through email. And no status updates given. Requesting refund will go to the swap meet instead. Smh

I placed my order on 12/14/18, After reaching out to them twice and wanting A refund they finally shipped my son's shirt on 1/2/19 I received it 1/4/19, Customer support is helpful I'm just not sure I will be ordering from Rage On again, merchandise took too long to ship

I ordered a pair of boxers for my boyfriend for Christmas, but they ended up being a size too small. Even though I was outside of the grace period for returns/exchanges, my RageOn! Support rep, Edwin, was kind enough to issue me a $20 credit to use toward my next purchase.

Very quick, friendly servicewill shop here again!

I changed my original review from a 1 star to 4 star review because after I complained about the quality of my purchase, the company ended up refunding my entire purchase back to me. I purchased a blanket, cell phone cover and socks for my daughter for Christmas. They all had a picture of one of her favorite boy bands on them. I complained because it took forever for the products to arrive (ordered them a month before Xmas and they were still late) but also the images were not of good quality. The company got back to me and spoke to the creator of the products and were told they did not use a high quality photo, apologized and refunded my entire order back to me. I thought that was a pretty stand up thing to do, which is why I am changing my review.
