Usps lost my order and Rageon sent me a new one for free. It was great to know that that would do this for a customer. I haven't received the clothing yet but the fact that they would do this is wonderful.
Edwin Hernando was a great help when one of my shirts didn't arrive. He was super friendly and quick to assist in sending me out a new shirt (same print as the one I ordered) straight away with no extra charge and it arrived quickly and in great condition. I am very happy with the service I received from this company.

I ordered a onesie from here and it did not fit. So I exchanged it. The turn around was fantastic and they sent me a gift card for the amount the onesie was. I was dealing with Michael Loyal and he was great!
I placed an order and was concerned nothing had happened after 12 working days. I contacted Edwin who followed up and knowing I had a deadline, upgraded my shipping to premium. After contacting Edwin through emails the whole process only took 16 working days incl international shipping! He was awesome following up for me.
They routinely steal art, knowing that most people can't afford to take legal action, so all they do is say they are sorry and ask you to file a DMCA... AFTER they've profited off of your design. They don't offer to reimburse you, either. They may have some designs on there that they credit artists for, but it is all a rouse to distract from the HUGE amount of items on here with stolen art on them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I got sent the wrong size shirt and they helped me every step of the way with real employee responses and not automated. Definitely will be buying from them again

Hello, I am a genuine customer of RageOn.com and a t-shirt designer myself since 2015. I had quite a few big orders of shirts, shorts and sweaters each of more than 30 items, some of them designed by myself. I want to thank RageOn staff for the care they took to prepare my orders. To me they have the best 3D printing comparison to the price. Their policy benefits the customer. I am very satisfied with all products. To those who are not satisfied with the quality of the image printed I can say that the problem is in the image/design they try to print, not in RageOn.It takes time and investment to learn how to create crystal clear mega pixel image and how it will realistically look printed on a shirt, so guys be realistic first and quality is guaranteed by RageOn. I am an owner of an ice cream truck and am dressed every day with RageOn ice cream themed designs as a work uniform and the effect is awesome, everybody asks me where I get these clothes from and this makes me feel like a superstar. Thank You RageOn staff and mr. Hernando for all this and expect my future orders :D.
My custom design hoodie came with a hole in the back and not how I ordered, but the customer service was very helpful and sent me replacement right away
I ordered the wrong type of shirts (one sided) on accident. I was able to return shirts even tho they are made to order. I emailed support and they were on it. Gave me a gift card to reorder once they received shirts. Very Happy with Rage on! Thank You!
I ordered a jacket at the end of Nov 18 and didn't receive it until Jan 19. It's nice and all but the shipping was ridiculous and on top of that they didn't let me know what was going on. I had to contact them to see what was up with my order. I don't think I'll order anything that has to be customer made from them again.
I ordered 2 t shirts 7 days ago and my order has yet to be anything but confirmed.
I emailed support about it and 48 hours later I received a reply saying they will get back to me within 48 hours.
There are SOOOO many places to buy tshirts online, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
UPDATE: once the team got back with me, they way-overly-exceeded my expectations in the customer service department. Their reps were so helpful, they changed my entire experience and I realized I needed to update my review. It's not a fast process at any point in the production nor customer service experience, so definitely don't go here if you're needing something to meet a deadline. That being said, I have to whole-heartedly disagree with other customers complaining about their customer service experience. Will update again after receiving my items.
I recently ordered a onesie from RageOn on November 30,2018 for a New Year's onesie party that I planned to attend. The Item never made it in time for the party but upon receipt I quickly realized that the garment would not have worked anyway because although I ordered a small the onesie fit my 6 foot 1 son! Needless to say, at 5 foot 2 inches I had no use for the item. I would have kept it and maybe given it away to someone but it was pretty pricey for my pockets ($120) so I asked to return for a refund. The representative that handled my request not only refunded the money they said that I would not have to return the item! I guess since this shipped from Poland it was not worth the cost to send me a return shipment label. That's what I call customer service! They sympathized with me and kept in mind the old adage that "the customer is always right!". This experience has made me a fan of RageOn! I will certainly do business with them again if I am ever in the need of a unique printed wardrobe piece as this is their specialty! Thank you RageOn!

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
