I had a issue with an order and the service rep Michael Loyal contacted me back the next day. And for every email after that, he replied within I'd say an hour each and every time. I appreciated that first off and second I appreciated the way they handled it. I had a great experience with them and wouldn't definitely purchase from them again. Thank you Michael Loyal!
I've been using this app for a few years and it's awesome, for the most part! I was frustrated at not being notified that my stuff wasn't being made and this wasn't the 1st time. But after staying consistent with following up, eventually they went above and beyond to make it right!
I've only purchased from this website once and never received my order. I've requested a refund multiple times but all I get in response are automated replies with a "20% discount code"... as if I would ever place another order from them. I've read online customer reviews and most people had horrible experiences similar to mine. People that did receive their orders have major complaints concerning the quality of the garments they received. From what I've read, their products are insanely over priced for the noteably poor quality. Also, I've come across multiple former employee reviews exposing what it's like to work at RageOn, (they all describe it as a horrible experience) and many of them explain they were forced to write positive reviews and feedback online. So if you come across any positive online reviews about their products or customer service, it's most likely an employee writing some bull$#*! review against their will. If anyone from RageOn sees this (and I hope they do) please reconsider how you run your business and treat your employees... before starting a business it's important to be aware of the standards that will be expected of your performance/ products/ services. Do some research on your competitors- no other online retailers perform so poorly in every area (i. E. customer service, delivery/ shipping time, employee retention rates, etc.). I mean come on, you guys practically stole my money considering i never received the one item I purchased (or even an email other than phony automated replies(.
I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with my shirt and the fast delivery. I definitely plan to order from this website again and also will recommend your website to friends. Their products are high quality and reasonably priced.
The support team is very responsive and always glad to help, they usually reply after 30minutes or so, also i am very satisfied the way they handle the situation or eventually some kind of problem. Whatever is the case they solve it immediately. Material of which items are made is very good and color does not fade after washing. In 2 words: absolute professionalism.

RageOn offers unique clothing designed from artists. Colors are vibrant and do not fade. Want to wear something that comes from original artwork then shop here. Waiting to receive you order is the hardest part but worth it when it arrives. Once your order ships a tracking number is emailed to you so you'll know when to expect delivery.
This isn't this first time I've ordered from you guys. Maybe just the first time I signed up for email. The orders always come through, never leave me waiting, and the product is always even greater than anticipated! Thank you guys so much!

I have ordered from RageOn 2 times. Both times I was completely satisfied with the merchandise. They have things you won't find anywhere else. The t-shirts and onesie I bought were veey high quality.
I wanted people to know that my designs look fabulous on the All Over Designer Tshirts, my friends absolutely love them, they wear them every day, and will pass out my link for my store on a business card to every one they see that likes the shirt.

As a fan of Marcus Williams, I love being able to wear his art. I purchased a set of shirts just over a year ago for my family and the prints have not faded in that time. I just ordered another set which includes 2 jackets. They look amazing! It is my hope that in the VERY NEAR FUTURE more of Marcus Williams' designs (tuskegeeheirs / marcusthevisual) will be available in children's sizes. I have a lot of children to buy for!:-)
The order took some time to arrive but it was worth it! They stayed in communication through the whole shipping process. The clothing is great quality and comfortable and beautiful!

I am very disappointed in the fact that it takes extremely long to receive the product. I have made several attempts to contact them with absolutely no response. I finally get a tracking number and they say that it is held up in customs. Hold Up! If this is a U.S. company, how in the world is this held up in customs. They are not transparent in letting us know that this is made overseas somewhere and shipped into the U.S. Very deceitful practice by showing that there are locations in the U.S. Be honest. Is this why it takes over 3 weeks to receive merchandise? This is horrible. I was also told that you have employees make reviews on here as part of their employment requirement. This needs to be investigated. I'm reporting to BBB but wait it is full of many complaints as well.

The shirt was hilarious and the material was comfortable, but as someone who works selling t shirts myself, your M is not my usual M. It is at most generous, a super slim fit M, and I don't have a gut or big pecs or shoulders, so I had to exchange up to a L, and am waiting for my return shirt. Other than that I'd definitely order again from you guys!
I love the quality of the prints. The prints really last... this is what i look for in a shirt. Very colorful and artistic.
I have always loved Rageon and their products and their site. I have ordered a few things and the quality is amazing, even though its a little expensive, you get what you pay for.
Recently I received an order, I had ordered 2 items but the package came ripped open and only one item was in it. I contacted support about the missing item and I got a response within 5 minutes offering me a re-print or store credit.
A couple days later I received the second item (turns out it was shipped in a separate package) and let them know that they didn't need to reprint and AGAIN I got a response in under 5 minutes.
So moral of the story, not only are the products super amazing, but the customer service team is super responsive and willing to help! I LOVE Rageon, thanks guys <3
