So thankful

This has saved me from so much worry. I have been worried about how I'm going to pay my phone bill during these expensive times. I can barely buy enough groceries to last for the whole month between me and my toddler. This is a little weight off my shoulder

Well Q Link wireless is by Far the Best Free phone service I've ever seen. Or had! The customer service is awesome as well as, friendly and helpful! Thanks to All of You. If you qualify, why not give it a try. I an pretty sure, you will also be impressed!

At first this company was great. Then they told me i had to pay for new phone. Ok I did the $19.99 one. Ok so it states wait 24 to 48 hours to go from processing to shipping. It's been a week. And you can't get an answer on how long just to wait. I really hope they don't let me down. If it take this long what about the tablet. I hope more people will make reviews this company gets millions of USDollars and my 19.99 where's my phone and the tablet you promised?

Poor communication

They do not tell you this, but your *FREE* tablet requires a $10 co-pay. I also had a VERY difficult time finding out how long it takes to arrive... 6 - 8 weeks. WHY is it so hard to find that out? Also, every time I call, it takes at least 3 mins. To get through the automated voice prompts!

Great service

QLinkWireless offers a great program to those in need. Receiving new service was simple and quick. The switch between providers was hassle free. They provided easy to follow instructions with videos for those who need it. They allows you to bring your own phone and number if you chose too. Recieved the new Sim card quicker then they had said 3 days later instead of 7. Activation was just as easy as the rest. Service has been good no dropped calls no lost signal and not the typical quality you would expect from previous experiences. Very pleased

Not as good

It was good for a few months no problem.
Then it all went down hill.
Lost service in certain areas but that is expected with all carriers.
Your internet will slow down almost enough to where it won't work when you reach the maximum usage of data. They claim to have unlimited but not true. They do not respond to emails and customer service you cannot understand them. They restrict your websites. I tried even after a new phone. I wouldn't recommend.

My wife got her phone yesterday and it doesn't work at all. I was on the phone with a technician for over an hour and a half he was a very nice guy but she still doesn't have any service. It took me at least 30 minutes just to get a technician then after about an hour of troubleshooting the phone still didn't work. The bad thing is I've got to call again.

Worse than nothing

I very much appreciate a true gift of a service that actually works. I was better off scrounging change for prepaid cards than the aggravation, anxiety and anger this has to offer. It's NOT better than nothing! It sucks!

This company is by far the worst. I'm still trying to get a phone. They stole my # over a month ago without my permission and refuse to give it back. Over 100.00 in so far on a free lifeline service. Don't do it! No one will help you!

Dont expect much from this "Free" phone service
December 28, 2022

I received my phone yesterday but did NOT get a SIM card so it's useless. Not to mention I was charged $70 for this "free phone" which is made out of the thinnest plastic ever. I've been trying to set up the basics on the phone so far, but its so slow and keeps freezing, this is ridiculous. I received the tablet today, haven't opened it yet but I'm not expecting much.

Terrible service

I left their company because of how bad the service was and they put a protection on my phone number where I can't port in. Terrible! This is why you can't excel like other phone companies!

Refuse to refund

Ordered a replacement phone from them for $99.95 2 weeks ago have been trying ever since to contact someone there by email six times and by phone on hold numerous times and being told finally today that they will not be able to refund the money and we just have to keep the phone... not acceptable this is supposed to be a company that helps people who are in need and instead they are stealing money from someone on disability

Nothing but trouble

No service in area didn't receive my free tablet and got charged 50 dollars more than why I was supposed to. Now am getting run around about the phone warranty. If I could give zero stars if it would of let me.

This is the worst phone service. They do not give you unlimited.they get money from our goverment to pay for this service. But then we don't receive it. I have sat on hold hours to speak to someone. Read other complaints you will see that this company is a scam.

Signed up for a free phone
Should not complain right.
Well it automatically started taking payment from ebb till exhausted.
Sent a low end Worthless tablet again not ordered just taking more money fromm ebb.
The internet service has been incredibly slow...
Really sucks...
Not recommending.

Unlimited is a fraud

Do not pay for unlimited service. They cut your data off due to excessive use! Talk about a scam. They don't slow it down. They turn it off! Go with boost Mobile and keep the junk phone as emergency only. Yes it's junk. Taxpayers should sue.

Dangerous

I'm part of the address confidentiality program. If they send something to my address in my name our lives could be in danger. But they don't provide an option to send to P. O. Box or just using your initials. Under law they are supposed to not publish this information but someone named "Thomas" did not care or maybe comprehend English. I wanted to sign up for a phone for emergencies they don't provide phones.

I called waited on phone for 20 minutes and this guy couldn't care less about my situation and refused to help. It's scary what these people do.

They say you will have unlimited calls and data. You do not. They offer hotspot service but you only get about 3 days service per month at most. Customer service reps have poor English skills. This wireless service is really poor. Only use this service if you're desperate and don't need data. Phones work like they're refurbished. Keypad often malfunctions. Buy a cheap phone if you're low on cash and need the call service or a backup phone. I paid 90 dollars for a phone and it was a total waste of money.

What happened?
July 4, 2020

Suddenly this weekend I am without phone service! "My Mobile Account has been closed"... why? And getting through to a live person is impossible. I was under the impression that Q Link had 24/7 tech support... no way. I am going back to Verizon on Monday. I am getting exactly what I paid for by signing up with Q Link... nothing!

Customer service/call center located in India is shocking for American standards. People answering the phone read from a script and can only assist you with basic things. It took four calls to change an address! Purchased a new phone from them and they said it was delivered, however, I did not get the phone. Was told that I would have to buy another phone! This company is a scam.
