Delivery date kept slipping

Delivery date kept slipping. Finally received on Feb 15 when promised Feb 4. One box was damaged but haven't been able to verify if flooring is harmed

They shipped the wrong flooring and would not return the shipping cost even though they were at fault.We called and left messages and emailed but no response. We sent the flooring back, but they only refunded the product cost and kept the 400.00 in shipping. Do not trust this company"Products Direct"!

This review results from a customer not getting a free pre-order sample. The name of the floor was the same, but the manufacturer's creation date differed by more than seven years. In that interim, the height of the thickness of the floor changed. This measurement was established on the site but missed by the customer and our order quality control. We feel it essential to be clear here. We fulfilled the requirements. We could not know the differences in floor height. You can bet that everybody gets a sample on prefinished wood orders going forward to avoid this problem.
