A lot of quality merchandise available for everyone. Who love art... I have bought several items and am pleased with all so far.
They lied right to me about when my items shipped. Told me that they shipped on time (although they insisted that the actual ship date was the day they printed the shipping label, even though they printed it after their UPS pickup) when they had shipped two days late. Their excuse was that "UPS must have missed scanning your package". I asked if they could follow up with UPS and was told "We ship hundreds of packages a day. If we had our staff get on the phone with UPS each time that a tracking number wasn't immediately updated, we wouldn't be able to do anything else. This isn't uncommon". Anyone who does any kind of ordering online knows this to be complete garbage. I've made several hundred orders on Amazon over the last few years, and not one single time has this happened. When I showed them the tracking that showed that my package was shipped two days after they said it would, the exact response I got was that the UPS tracking system was incorrect and that it was right on track. Additionally, every question I had regarding my order was met with a complete dismissal of my concern and an explanation of why I was wrong and they were amazing. Since I haven't recevied my order yet (which is now scheduled to arrive more than two weeks after I paid), I can't comment on the quality or authenticity of the products. This website offers a ton of good sports merchandise at a reasonable price. Shipping is usually pretty fast, but can be sporadic at times.
I'm definitely satisfied with the quality and variety of items available on the site. I wouldn't be surprised if they use price hiking (fake bids) to get customers to pay more... be careful about that.
