Delivery is horrible and we got a damaged pool table. The claim process takes very long and the manager of pool Warehouse only tells us that we have to wait no matter what situation we are facing. Not helpful at all and such a horrible experience with pool warehouse

I will be honest, I was ready to write this company off and not do any business with them at all. I ordered a pool cover for the fall leaf drop and it arrived after the last leaf fell (3 months later). I understand that inventory, work, orders and stuff was all messed up because of COVID and I can forgive that. Then their supplier did not include the correct anchors for my pool type. The unfortunate part is i found this out when i opened up the cover 3 months later (when the spring drops from the trees started). I called and got a hold of Kelli. Even though it was a long time after I had received the shipment, she really helped me out and hooked me up with the correct anchors. This was something that took a couple of days to resolve and Kelli really helped us out and kept us updated every step of the way. So after I was ready to write off PoolWarehouse, due to shipment delays and not all parts included, Kelli really helped and now I will continue to order and check PoolWarehouse first. Even through covid, people at home, and delays, Kelli really exemplified what I feel customer service should be.

My experiences with the staff at Pool Warehouse was just great. Nikki was always responsive and helped solve the problem in a timely fashion. Through no fault of Pool Warehouse, there was some damage caused by the trucking company. Nikki's advice was spot on and we were able to document the problem and it was taken care of right away by Pool Warehouse.
Worked with Renee on getting our above ground pool. She was super helpful and awesome to work with.
I am not sure I may be the full here. I paid close to $******* never received a pool only a liner. They stopped returning my calls and have not returned any of my emails. They were Johnny-on-the-spot when having me sign a contract and taking my payment but now... crickets

I ordered from pool warehouse on Jan 28,2021. I chose them because it stated the item would ship in 7-10 days. It is April 7 and the item still has not shipped. They lied the entire time saying it will be in a week. It will be in two weeks. It is in stock and will ship soon was their message 3 weeks ago. They charged be for the item on January 28. Never Delivered. Haven't received a refund and I am unable to speak to any one in charge. I suppose this is the only way for the owner to hear how their employees are running the business.
Our salesman with pool warehouse was awesome, I don't remember his name but he put our order together and did a great job with finding all of our needs and wants and satisfying them. The purchasing process was tricky, we had to make several payments and due to banking. They would only allow $5,000 at a time which meant we had to make several payments over and over again, very aggravating. However the material was put together and shipped to us for a 20x40 swimming pool. The trucking company was poor at best and managed to damage some of our stuff. This was getting very aggravating and it was very close to install date which meant we couldn't put the pool together without the proper panels. Jonah was my customer service rep, and God sent. Has aggravating as it was he never stopped in satisfying our problem and finding only solutions instead of making up excuses. Because of his vigilance we managed to get our panel far before installation date and everything went off without a hitch. Again Jonah I hope you read this you save the day. Five stars for you my friend
I'm a pool contractor and ordered 2 pool kits. Most items were delivered in January. Steps were damaged. It took almost 3 months for a replacement to be sent. The pump and salt generator system was missing. I was initially told they were on back order. Now I'm being told that they were on the pallet when they left the warehouse and they refuse to replace the missing items. I told them that there was no pallet when it arrived to me, only boxes with several that were damaged on the outside. My next step is to contact to BBB. I've ordered 9 pool kits in the last 2 years but refuse to do business with Pool Warehouse anymore.
Easy to order, pump was on back order was kept up to date with getting one. Refunded money on the pump quickly.
Worked with Nikki in customer service. She was awesome in getting us taken care of. What a pleasure to work with.
Nikki, the customer service representative with Pool Warehouse, was persistent in remedying a faulty 3-in-1 game table (the top had styrofoam imbedded in it). She pressed her supplier to replace the top, then, when they sent the wrong wood finish top, pressed them to replace the replacement, and finally, when the shipper billed US rather than the supplier, she persisted in having the supplier pay the bill. It took months for her supplier to come through, but she kept us informed each step of the way until all was very happily resolved. Thank you, Nikki, and PoolWarehouse; our grandsons are very happily playing games on the very nice looking game table!
I was notified of a delay in the delivery of the items I had ordered. Although I wasn't very happy I understood the circumstances. Renee offered me multiple solutions, one being acceptable to me. Her professionalism and outstanding customer service has made me a PoolWarehouse customer for life.

Good customer service. I ordered an above ground pool kit and everything was delivered ahead of schedule. One piece on the pool filter was damaged during shipment. I contacted customer service and they immediately opened a ticket for resolution. A new replacement part was shipped out expeditiously and arrived in great condition. I had a great experience with this company and would recommend purchasing from them for all of your pool needs.
I have had over 100 percent support from the start of when my pool was installed to now. Paul in the Rockingham branch has been more than helpful with anything I need to know.
Poolwarehouse is terrible! The customer service was rude and not helpful. I spent 2600 dollars on a pool heater that was delivered damaged. We called poolwarehouse and they refused to help and exchange heater for new one citing an unrealistic company policy.
We called after an hour of delivery and showed them proof (security pictures) that it was damaged and proof that it was damaged before i took possession.
Poolwarehouse uses deceptive business practices.

Paid for a uv system sent to me that was broken. Took them a month just to reply. Denied to send me another unit. Horrible place to deal with.
