I edit professionally for a youtube channel that is pretty popular in its specific niche. I bought a massive titles pack so that I could up the production quality for the channel. It had tons of really great looking title templates that all have a nice amount of customizability. Admittedly there are occasional bugs with them but in my experience that's just kinda the way it goes with plugins. Usually I am able to sort it out myself but for a couple tricky ones I have reached out to customer service and I am very happy with how helpful and responsive they are. Have not had an issue yet that we weren't able to solve in 10 mins or less.

I have also browsed their larger catalogue of products. It's massive and I want to try out a few more of them. Motion tracking titles, etc.

Pixel Support rocks
January 11, 2021

I purchased Slideshow and was excited to put it to use for a client project. When I couldn't get it working I contacted the support team and within 10 minutes they helped me find that the plugin was not in the proper folder. One simple fix and I was back to work. I think I'm going to be buying more products from PixelFilmStudios in the future!›

I have tons of tools for FCPX but Pixelfilmstudios is the company for me. They have best products for FCPX plug-ins on the market and can make any amateur look like a pro, if you have any problem or issues the only online chat is where you'll find the best help. I didn't understand how use a plug-in I purchase so I open up a case in the chat and in less than seconds I was getting a response, I know most people don't want to spend time or have the patience for chat but it's the easiest way to show this company you appreciate their help. Pixelfilmstudios you rock! Your company has made my films look amazing thanks..

Site is a fraud

Do you use this site. We have been trying for more than a week to try and download the packages we bought. We have tried to call, email and reach out via social media and there has been no response.
Avoid the site.

I love PFS plugins, really, they save me so much time it is really helpful for many of my projects. Editing trends come and go and I really can't afford the time to learn or create every trendy effect my customers require so it is fantastic to be able to just download it from PFS. The plugins work well and whenever they don't (I use many and it's happened to me once in a while) then you can trouble shoot the issue with their guidelines or talk to the most efficient customer support I have encountered. This is really unique especially nowadays. In a matter of minutes someone sorts you out. They never left me without a solution. Love it!

Okay so first of all, if you're working on a Mac and FCPX, these guys are the masters of FCPX plug-ins. They've a massive choice of slick, modern and professional products. But more importantly, is that they have a HUMAN support staff 9-5. Who are super patient and take the time to walk you through any issues that arise. Macs and FCPX will always update — and plug-ins need updating too, so they walk you through any plug-in updates or fixes needed. In my case, I had a problematic folder set-up on my computer (which is an issue on my side) and they patiently walked me through many scenarios to help identify the issue. Excellent and very helpful!

Pro Rain upgrade

I was having problems installing pro rain on to my new mac not knowing that there was an upgrade of the software. As soon as i contacted customer service they were on to the problem with in seconds. And they had upgraded me to the new software which took less than 2mn. So grateful to this company for the kindness and excellent service.

I bought a product that i thought was not compatible with my computer. I was so confused because i kept getting a red screen. I was wrong about the compatibility part though. Lol but it's fine because this team member of PFS def pulled through for me - and didn't quit until we got it done. I know absolutely nothing about anything i was instructed to do today, but it didn't matter, the rep put things simple enough that i was able to follow right along. Thank you all for the help. I had a problem with a sidebar title plugin after installation. The plug-in installed without errors but it was showing as red in FCP.

I went to the website for the support over a chat. After a short wait, I was connected with an agent who walked me through troubleshooting steps that fixed the issue. It was caused by missing plugin folders in the library folder on my MacBook pro.

Overall very impressed I was worried it will be a dealing with issue morning! Thanks for your help guys.

I just came off the online chat with a super helpful person that managed to get my plugin for the M1 Macbook working! I had been struggling to figure out the problem online myself (and messed a few things up in the process) but they managed to sort the issue out within minutes! And also put right all the stuff I messed up too!
