I am a regular FCPX plugins buyer as I use video for my job (I m a content creator). I bought many great plugins from this site, and all are great with reasonable prices. I recently needed help because of some plugins that I didnt installed properly, and so I got in touch with the customer care thru mail. They react very fast and very clearly. Then I shared my screen with one of the agent so that she (Chloe) could fix the issue directly. She succeeded in no time. It was easy and I was very satisfied. If you hesitate; don't. They are the best around. No doubt about it.
Every time I have had a problem, the live agents responded. The plugins are amazing and also the support is really great. Honestly, I have had no problems with Pixel Film Studios over my whole time of using it.

Their customer service live chat function is EXCELLENT! Got me exactly the help I needed to recover my account. I ended up purchasing 2 items with a wrong email "gmai.com" instead of "gmail" and the rep found the error and helped me fixed it, and now I have my plugins! Thank you so much for the help.

I've purchased a lot, I mean a LOT, of their products and they recently changed their install process to require at least 1 reboot. I'm now 9 reboots in and still a plug-in for a video editor is not installed. They used to make amazing plug-ins but now I have to say STAY AWAY and RUN if you are considering them. I feel cheated and ripped off with a lack of support. Their website also does not reflect their latest install tool - it shows a fast and easy install instead of the failure prone on which requires multiple reboots with no success. I wish things where different - I have purchased several hundred plug-ins over the years from multiple companies and theirs are by far the hardest to get installed and put all sorts of things on your computer they shouldn't.
Please make sure you have updated to the latest version of Final Cut Pro X and are running the latest version of the software purchased.
If problems persist, please contact live-chat support located on the the bottom right of the homepage to solve any issues you may have.
Using their chat system, and sending screenshots back and forth, helped me find the reasons why the plug-ins weren't working. For reasons unknown my Mac didn't have the folders. I tried everything on YouTube to figure out the problem but nothing helped. Thankfully, PFS helped me out with that, and my transitions worked like a charm. Can't thank them enough for it.

So I accidentally bought the wrong product. But the customer service was so good, they helped me find the right product and gave it to me for free. They could have made me pay for my mistake, but they were so kind and helpful.

I have about 7 plug-ins from Pixel Film Studios and there are about 50 more that I would love to get! The have all been easy to use and do exactly what they say they do. A couple times I have had to contact customer support and they have been very prompt and very helpful.

Had the plugin Stabilizer 2.0 it is a cool plugin. After some time and updated OS and FCPX, I was having trouble with it with red error box and trying everything I could find to fix it. Finally checked there customer service, and was very impressed. Instead of an email and waiting to here back just to have a link sent back that was something I already knew (like many companies) there was live chat and Alex from the service team hooked me up with some simple things to try that I hadn't and fixed the problem quickly!

Most issues can be resolved pretty quickly with all the right information. It always helps to have some screen shots of your Mac Specs and FCPX Version number as well as some screenshots or a screen recording of the issue.

I kept getting a red screen with a T and a warning sign on one of my overlays. I went to their tech support with the issue and with in minutes they found the issue. They got it to a developer and they had it fixed and ready to download in less than a half hour.

I rarely write a review but on this occasion I just had to.
I updated my Final Cut Pro to the latest version and unfortunately it deleted the excellent Pixel Film Studios Wedding Flora plugin and folders. I contacted Pixel Film Studios support on a Saturday expecting the earliest reply to be Monday and was pleasantly surprised to have a response a few hours later.
They provided an easy to follow step by step solution and I was up and running again in no time.

I'm an avid fan of Pixel Film Studios! Having purchased many (many many) plugins, they have assisted me greatly in creating in-house corporate videos for: trade-shows, marketing, visitor welcome, employee shop floor videos and more! I've had excellent response both from this Facebook Send Message function, and via email - and any suggestions I've sent in have been received with a full welcome. The latest plugin bundles have ramped up even higher levels of value at a great price - and the addition of content over time increases the value EVEN MORE of the bundles! What's not to like about that?

I have been using PFS plugins for years. They have made my work flow significantly faster. I love the easy lower thirds as well as the customization of most of the plugins. I have 70! Only con is that with some upgrades to the Mac OS I need to reinstall a few here and there. I have not experienced any problems that some people have criticized PFS for. Their chat support is great. Very fast response with solutions to what ever problem I may have. PFS ROCKS!

The support team provides instant excellent support. Upon installation of FCPX TEXT Tool, there appear to be missing text from the plugin. However, it turns out to be it's some other problem. The tech support was able to identify the problem for me and solve it right away within 5min. They walk me through online step by step and solve the problem instantly. Its a peace of mind to have the excellent tech support team behind their product! I would recommend Pixel Film Studio Products.

I had an issue with FCPX having a red screen when I installed. After following the great helps on the website, I was still having the issue. I contacted customer service and they were outstanding! Had my issue resolved in five minutes. This is what great customer service is all about.
Oh, and the plugins are pretty awesome, too!

I have two Pixel Film Studies plugins and love them both. I was having a small issue with one of the options in Face Tracker and the support person I spoke with was quick to recognize the problem (it was user error, of course) and got me up and running in two minutes. Great products, great service.

PFS have a long list of plugins that will enhance any and all of your videos, They have excellent customer service and lots of regular updates.
They currently don't support Big Sur but that doesn't impact me so still very happy
