I have been using their product for several years and have many (98) of their PlugIns. I had an issue with the plugin registering in Final Cut. The PFS. App didn't help fix the problem... I opened up a live chat on the site and the problems were identified quickly. I had some items that were discontinued/unsupported so they were not working. They sent me a file that fixed my other issues. It took less than 8 minutes, including me taking screen shots. All fixed and I'm up and running. I place a suggestion that in a future release of the PFS. App should identify the discontinued/unsupported plugins and allow you to delete it from the computer.
Was having trouble figuring out where the presets were for a product that I bought. I chatted with a representative who walked me through the process slowly and carefully so I understood it. (I am not a professional) They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have over 25 plugins from Pixel Film Studios (PFS), they are all great quality. I love the fact, you get regular free updates on some of the newer products (e.g. PFS Animated Fonts). The new mega packs are also great value for money. Also PFS support, it is exceptional! The support agents are friendly and efficient and in my experience, they get issues resolved on the first attempt. I highly recommend.

Ive had quite a few issues with my plug-ins since getting a new laptop and the live chat has seriously been such a big help. I've been a huge fan of PixelFilmStudios plugins for a little over a year now and they have definitely helped elevate my projects to a more professional level. They are all pretty easy to use for the most part but the few times I've had problems figuring it out I've been able to turn to their live support and get squared away pretty quickly. I'll definitely keep purchasing plugins for them!

Been using Final Cut Pro for about a year and had held back for a while on buying plugins. I recently bought a few from Pixel Film Studios and they are working well. Had one issues after Apple Updated Final Cut Pro, but their live chat agent helped me fix it within a few minutes.

So I've been using Pixel Film Studio for a year or so now and rarely have issues! And when I do, I hop on the the chat site and PFS walks me through what I need to do to adjust issues. Usually the issues are user related and can be fixed pretty quickly. These plug ins make me look much better at my job than what I really am! Really thankful for this company!

I bought ten plugins a few days ago
Unfortunately I encountered a lot of problems due to the new update of final cut pro.
I therefore directly contacted the after-sales service and I was directly taken care of by the members of pixelfilmstudios. As soon as they saw my problem, they did everything to help me and find a solution. And miraculously after several tips from them, we found the problem and all the plugins have worked wonderfully since then.

The best bang for your buck with all the bells and whistles you need to elevate your project. I've been using their plugins for years and have been happy every time. Drag and drop is all it takes for most of these plugins with the ability to adjust and tweak as needed to fine tune to the desired effect. Extremely pocket friendly. The majority of these effects range between $12.95 to $39 with weekly discount promotions that make it almost impossible to not pick up that plugin that will change the look and feel of any project.

I installed M1 chip updated plugins but I still get message when I open FCP that plugins need to be updated. Impossible to find any help on PFS site. They also limit number of downloads on plugins so if you change computers or need to re-install plugin you will eventually need to purchase another license. Overall plugins have not worked well in FCP, very slow and lag from hell. One star is too generous for these folks due to lack of support.

Or if you're not able to come in at that time, you can leave an email ticket with our chatbot at any time. An agent will be able to answer your ticket during business hours. Please note that if you do not receive a response in 48 hours that you may need to double check your spam folder in your email.
The Download limit can be reset by customer service. You do not need to repurchase a plugin that has hit a download limit. We currently have this measure in place to prevent website piracy.
The message you are seeing does not affect your ability to use the plugin. This appears because the plugins are both compatible with Intel and M1 systems, so they install both versions of the apps during the installation. You can contact customer service to show you how to remove these items, or you can click "don't show again" in the window.

When I first downloaded my program I couldn't get it to work properly. I started the chat support and the rep quickly walked me through what I needed to do. Also, it had nothing to do with the program itself. It was an easy fix that was needed on my end. These guys are amazing!

I've bought a few effects packs from Pixel Film. My computer was acting a bit weird with the last one I purchased from them, but I used PixelFilm's live chat and the representative had my problem worked out in no time and I was up and running in minutes using my new effects pack.
